Got this cool little vacuum because it was 400$ off! Awesome sale :) Works really well and is easy to understand/troubleshoot. My only critique is that the side spinnys sometimes get caught on or clogged with carpet fuzz...this product is definitely made better for hard floors.

I was hesitant in buying this. I'm extremely glad I did.

I love my Bob that I now call Rosie. She does occasionally get stuck on a rug or other item but I think that should be expected. It is a machine. I would give it a try. My downstairs is 2600 square feet. It doesn't really go in my kitchen as I would like but thats ok.

Bob surpassed my expectations for a robot vacuum cleaner at that price. Although he requires regular maintenance to ensure peak performance. You shouldn't have to do clean often if their are no rugs or pet hairs.

Very good, very quiet, great vacuum, Would buy again.

Works great and good value for the price, very easy to set up almost like plug and play, The only thing you need to do is set up the schedule with the remote when you want it to come out and clean.

I purchased this as a gift for my mom for mother’s day and she loved it. It worked great the first few times but the last few times we ran the vacuum, it could not keep suction and would pick up and then deposit the mess right back out as it moved around. We’ve cleaned out the dust bin after each use and cleaned the wheels and brushes regularly but can’t seem to find and troubleshoot what is causing the problem. Would definitely give five stars if it hadn’t stopped working as sufficiently as it did just a few weeks ago. Will try to call and see if it can be fixed but as of now I’m disappointed in what I thought was a great purchase.

Good enough but not great! I was reluctant to purchase this product, but I was a bit impressed by how well it actually ended up working. My living space is mostly non carpeted, so I can’t speak to how it handles on thick carpet.

good robot does the job right and cleans the things good

I have three cats and a dog, ALL of them shed. This is a good vacuum for that purpose. Picks up the cat litter from the floor, the hair from the area rug and does not get stuck changing from floor to rug. Love it!

I got this guy to help with dog hair. It goes underneath funiture and does a better job than my swiffers but i used them in combination.

Wonderful add on to sweep any kind of floor. Loving it.

I have carpet in the basement that is new and soft and this guy refuses to run on it, no matter what. It does work on the main floor's hardwood floor but doesn't climb on the rugs which we have all over the place. The only place it works fine is on my first-floor carpet that is old and not too soft and that the reason I didn't return it. Also, this guy tired too fast, after 10-15 minutes it docks itself on the charger even with a full charge, so don't forget to remove the charger from its sight while cleaning.

Set the timer and it will work automatically, thats it
