Really liked it but I had to exchanged it twice. First time Motor stopped working. Returning process was nice and easy. Second time one of the wheels didn’t work at all. So I for sure will try the new version. They’re very helpful and keep the floor cleaner.

For 600$ that they advertise and tell you that is a super deal, is a lie. Very low quality for the price can’t use an app, can guide her through the house, it pick up really well where it can. But misses a looot of places because is doesn’t have a control. Not easy to program. Buy something else.

Purchased this to help with the clean up around the house. We have both tile and carpet in the home. It worked great on the carpet but would not pick up on the tile. We have a dog a the pet hair would just not get picked up. Really wanted to like this item but it didn't do what we needed.

We had to remove the outer brushes to get it to work on most of the carpeted area in our house. Otherwise, I would've given it 5s!

Terrible, runs for a couple minutes and flashes a code that indicates roller brush clogged. Clean it and it does the same thing. Second one just as bad.

The best robot vacuum I've used. Soft touch not bad on furniture. Always finds its way home and if it hasn't completed we'll come out and complete the job. Had to call customer support once got everything solved the 1st time. Even has instructional videos to replace parts if necessary.

This is a very medium type sweeper. I have most hard wood floors so basically use it for a light sweep everynight

Basic model but still does the job. Can take a little bit for her to get acquainted but overall is a great purchase.

I’m so happy I took a chance on this little guy. I got it for about $135 on a deal of the day. It’s made a huge impact on keeping my hardwood floors spotless—picking up very speck of dust, dog hair and dirt. I programmed it easily to come on everyday at 9:30 am and it does a great job! I feel like I have someone else taking care of my floors. Well worth the money.

i used this twice and it was the biggest piece of junk. kept going over the same spots over and over and over and over. no matter which time it turned on it would just keep going over the same place. i watched it for 30 minutes and it never changed. i could of vaccumed the whole house in that time. useless piece of junk

Great to leave the house for work and come home to a freshly swept floor!
