Worked great when first got the vacuum. We loved it. But we've had it a month and now it'll work for 5 minutes (maybe) and then it errors. We've cleaned everything on it and it'll work after we clean it and then error right away again. Wish we could return it but we missed the return window by 3 days.

Bought this to replace a roomba 500. Whereas the roomba seems to randomly move around the house, this one has a lawn mower pattern. Seems to be better at covering the whole room(s). New battery lasts close to three hours. Much quieted than roomba 500. This has more complex filter than the 500 and is a little more effort to clean after use.

Bob works well on hard floors as well as low carpet surfaces. We own a 10' X 8' foot fuzzy carpet that sits on the wood floors in the living room and this is the only place bob struggles, minor issue. I really enjoy not having to do my floors now that bob is here. To be clear we only purchased bobsweep because BestBuy had a $500 off sale.

This little vacuum does pick up a lot of debris, but you have to babysit it during the cycle. It constantly goes back to the same area over and over. It gets stuck in areas easily.

I thought the cleaning robustness would be better, plus it's noisy and takes a long time to complete the job. Tends to go over the same spot over-and-over again and misses large areas during its cleaning cycle

Bob is the best!!! Set it and forget it! It does a great job vacuuming my upstairs floors, easily transitions across different floor types and stays clear of the stairs. I had read that it had trouble with dark carpet , but my carpet is a dark blue and I haven’t had any issues.

Worked great when I bought it, so I bought another one for a friend. She started having problems after a month, stopping after 20 minutes and 5 months later the one I bought runs for 15 min and stops.

I will try it one more time, but it is not getting up pet hair.

Purchased this because it was a great price. The unit works great on our hardwood floors. Had some issues with it, but the customer service was top notch. They quickly sent me a replacement unit, and upgraded to the newer model at no charge. Best customer service that I’ve experienced yet!
