Very disappointed in the product paid more then I wanted to because I wanted a good one. Will not do any kind of rugs, does the same spot over and over, and never can find his way home to the base.

Bob is the best!!! Set it and forget it! It does a great job vacuuming my upstairs floors, easily transitions across different floor types and stays clear of the stairs. I had read that it had trouble with dark carpet , but my carpet is a dark blue and I haven’t had any issues.

I bought this without reading the reviews. Now I’ve read bad reviews. That it cost too much but they dropped the price. It bumps into the furniture and scared it. So what!!! I got it for 113.99 and it will make a great present for someone to lazy to vacuum!

Purchased this because it was a great price. The unit works great on our hardwood floors. Had some issues with it, but the customer service was top notch. They quickly sent me a replacement unit, and upgraded to the newer model at no charge. Best customer service that I’ve experienced yet!

First time owning one of these , works great for now

Device seems to learn each time it goes “into action.” Comes with extra brushes, what is needed for maintenance. Is quieter than the other brand. Only minus is that it has nothing to stop it from falling down steps, but area can be easily blocked to prevent this. Overall very satisfied with this product and great price!

I haven'tused it yet but it was a great deal, hope to enjoy it soon!

The first few days proved to be fairly worthless due to my 3 cats interest in the Bobsweep. They trapped it in a small area. Now that the novelty has worn off, I have noticed a big difference in pet hair in between normal vacuuming. I usually vacuum every other day and now I can stretch it to every third day.

Gets caught up on rugs and seems to struggle getting the layout down. It’s just easier to use a handheld vacuum. Takes too long to move stools and rugs out of the way.

I purchased the robot vacuums for my clients' properties. I am a Realtor. My clients have winter homes here in Florida. They head back north for the summer months. I use these robot vacuums to keep the property floors clean. Mostly bare floor but some carpet as well. So far they are working out great!

Works best on floors than carpet not suitable for thick carpets.

Bob gets it done!! Suction power is impressive considering the power source and the battery life is plenty long to get the job done. This things a thorough little beast and it's quieter than expected!

I got Bob pro thought it would perform better than the ones I have had but was disappointed.. Never worked beyond 60 seconds before giving an unlimited error code. Had to return it for another one. I hope the new Bob will work well.

Works great and very quiet. The remote control makes it so convenient.

I though I had a defective unit because it kept stopping on carpets, the second unit did the same thing. 10 beeps means need to clean wheels, it is brand new and nothing on the wheels. You might get it to work on bare floor, you get what you pay for!

Oh so I actually bought to one for my mom and one for me because I read her previous review or somebody said they had a by there self one after they saw a relative have one and I did not want to be stuck without it especially since they were on sale and my mom loves it
