I though I had a defective unit because it kept stopping on carpets, the second unit did the same thing. 10 beeps means need to clean wheels, it is brand new and nothing on the wheels. You might get it to work on bare floor, you get what you pay for!

Works really fine but am already having issues in 3 weeks. May be it’s just my product but am returning it. But before this issue, it vaccumed really well.

I love it, i have it set up to clean at as certain time and goes back to the charging dock without a problem. I got it because I have a cat does some shedding. Just knowing that it picks it up without a problem is great. It does ok on some uneven floors like the wood trims on some floors.

I got this because of the great sale price. So far so good.

It works...but we spent more time rescuing it from under beds and wedged halfway under items where it got blocked. It was faster just to sweep the areas manually.

Great robot vacuum for the price. Picks up dog hair well and I have 2 short haired dogs which shed a lot. The vacuum Mapped the house well and I love the feature where you can set it to clean the edges of the room!! Makes life so much easier!! Very happy with my purchase!

Moved around easy enough on the floor, but had a hard time getting over my large floor rug, which isn't very thick. Also, the dirt pickup container was pretty small, so consistent clean out is necessary.

Doing a good job. Love walking on my clean floors.

This is amazing! I could not believe how much stuff it picked up-even after I had just vacuumed with my normal vacuum cleaner. We use this regularly. I highly recommend you get bObsweep and add it to your regular (actually more than regular) routine.

I have an 800 sq ft apt and it took two hours and it still hadn’t finished cleaning. It tried vacuuming the hallway three times. Finally, I got annoyed and sent it back to its charging dock. I will be returning to the store.

This thing stopped working in a month... And Best buy said that they are not responsible for the purchase. I lost my money.

I returned Bob because he would not stay charged. Not sure what the problem is/was...several others, I know, that bought him, have had no trouble with him?! I think if the staying charged had not been an issue I would have been happy with him. Will try again. Best Buys was considerate and made a return with no contact and no problems.

Only works for about 3 minutes at a time. What's the point of getting a "robot" when you have to watch over it and restart it every 3 minutes? Seriously thinking about returning it. Very disappointed.

I was not very impressed by this vac. It constantly jams up and now it doesn’t even work after 6 months.

I got this on a Deal of the Day and for the price I was blown away. The build quality of this vacuum is very very good. I have a 900 sq ft condo with all Tile hard surfaces and the product works very well.

I bought this product with higher expectations. It works pretty well sometimes but it can't seem to get itself up on a fairly thin room rug without me lifting it up and putting it there myself.

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter. She likes that it vacuums all the little crumbs left behind by my granddaughter. She says, “It’s just one less chore I have to worry about doing.” I’m happy with my purchase.
