Bob would have been great if he would work on carpet, he just won't. But he does great on the hard wood floors. He was a good price, but you get what you pay for!

don't like this product always gets stuck i have to reset it find it it dies before it gets back to the base

Not worth the money even if it was free. Purchased as a gift while on sale and just gave to the person but Best Buy will not let me return the item.

Pretty cool - I know it works well cuz everyday the dustbin is full; which means if there's no dirt it picks up carpet fuzz Love the way it returns "home" to its charger by itself Great gadget

This is probably my most favorite purchase I've ever made for myself. Got this on a fabulous sale just before moving. I run Bob once a week in every room and so enjoy not having to use the broom and dustpan or vacuum cleaner!!

I have the roomba and I love it! I got this one as well after reading the reviews! It was terrible I hated it it did not work well and after a few weeks the brushes stopped working

Worst robot vacuum around. I guess you get what you pay for. Doesn’t even work on the thinnest of area rugs. If I weren’t outside of the return policy it would be going back!

What a waste of money. Gets stuck on the carpet and stops. Goes over the hardwood floors but just scatters everything around and doesn't pick it up. Save your money skip this one.

I have had the bOb sweep pro for almost a year now and it's been great. I have had some issues but nothing that the folks at bOb sweep couldn't help me out with. I am very glad to have the vacuum.

Stops cleaning every 5 seconds of resetting. Very disappointed with this purchase.

We love out pet hair-version "Bob", and this golden "Bob" was a gift for my parents. This model is so attractive you can forget it's a vacuum! Seems to be working well for them as well.

Amazing!! Love the job this little guy does! Battery lasts for 2-3 hours at least! He cleans under my dressers, beds and walks it’s way around every leg of every chair or table! Absolutely LOVE BOB!!

Price was great, machine not so great. Tried several times to let it clean but it kept getting stuck under couch and loveseat. Returned it.

This is my second bobsweep. When I saw this on deal of the day, I went for it. I've had my other model for a year and this one for close to a month and together, they are keeping the house and basement cat hair free.

Had to return it. Battery wouldn't stay charged for more than 10 minutes. It worked great during those 10 minutes though.

It's more like a pet than a machine. It rolls around and is very smart. I find it more entertaining than anything. The auction is great And I really enjoy it. It makes a good bridal shower or housewarming gift.

I bought this on a whim as it was such a great price. thinking we can take it back should it not work well. Well, it works great. It picks up most of the dog hair, and it's easy to use. We love Bob!

I really enjoy bobsweep, it does a good job; you can close a bedroom door and bob will vacuum it clean, or just let him do his own thing and clean all the floors, sometimes he gets stuck, but still a good machine.

Lasted less than a year and died. Trying to get it repaired under warranty. Save your money it is a piece of junk
