I purchased the vacuum for my wife's mother's day gift. I gave it to her early and she was very excited bc she always had a vacuum or mop in her hand before the Bobsweep. But... excitement quickly turned off when Bob kept running out of battery in the middle of the living room floor or getting hung up on a rug and stopping. She actually went around and picked up throw rugs before turn Bob loose, but Bob didn't have it in him. We only have 1500 sq. Ft and Bob couldn't handle that. She finally took him back and tried to exchange but Bob was a closeout, no longer stocked. Maybe Bob was a lemon. We may never know.

Bob is my favorite clean up guy around the house. The price was irresistible. How did I live with this Robot vacuum This is my first robot vacuum I’m so impressed he cleans and leaves my floors spotless I was shocked at how much dirt was collected

Really happy I bought this, it’s a great in-between vacuuming. Still have to do a deep vacuum and corners every 2-3 weeks but plenty happy I have it.!reminds me to pick up items left out of their proper lace also. Although I would not have bought at full price..... purchased on deal of the day.

I love this vacuum it works great and can’t believe how much it picks up Dog hair no more!

My first robot vacuum..... I was amazed at how much stuff this picked up off of my floor. I wish I had purchased it sooner. It does have trouble getting itself back to its home base but this is not a big deal to me. I pick it up, clean it our, and place it back to charge.

The only hang up is it randomly returns to base and she has to restart it. Once it only went approximately 2 feet, bumped into a wall and returned to the base.

Works as expected. Received and had it running in 5 minutes. Scheduled to run overnight and like waking up and seeing it back at the base and emptying out the dirt it collected. Nothing better than clean hard wood floors to walk around on. Very happy with this purchase!

Bought it because it was on sale. I've used iRobot before, but had never heard of this brand. It works really well. Easy to empty, although the capacity is very small if you have multiple dogs. Comes with extra brushes and looks really nice. Directions say not to leave it on the charger if you don't use it often, so I have to remember to do that so that the battery will last. Not sure how to get a replacement after the battery life starts to decrease, but its really easy to remove.

Cute robot, really cleans well. Make sure you leave enough room in front of the charger for it to find it again. I had it tucked away in a corner, and it took a moment to find it. Moved into the living room, and it finds it every time. I’m giving it 4 stars because it fills up the dustbin rather quickly. It’s doing a good job, but could use a little bit bigger dustbin. I have to dump it every 3-4 runs. It would be better if it was once a week...more feeling of an autonomous cleaner

This is working good really for the wood or tile floor,but for carpet the bushes are stuck very frequently. We removed the brush completely to work on carpet. If any one has wood flooring this will work great. We got this in deal around 160$

First impression didnt go so well as it had an issue right away. Called customer support. Very responsive. Had to remove one of the side brushes to keep it from malfunctioning ever 5 minutes on carpet. So far last couple nights it seems like its picking up a bit.

This is a great little vacuum! Took me 2 seconds to set it up and it does a solid job of cleaning the floor in my bedroom and closet. I like it so much, I just ordered a second one for my first floor!!!

We bought one of these half expecting to return it... HOLY COW am I impressed - we have a large first floor, 60% hardwood and 40% carpet across 6 rooms or so. Throughout the week bob makes his way into just about every place. NOTE: We still have to thoroughly vacuum and about half the time, a some point in the night he gets wrapped up in cords or stuck on a throw rug but the fullness of his canister almost every night shows you he is working and finding lots of dirt. I would like to buy 2 more. NOTE2: We bought 2 Bob Pet Hairs - so far they are terrible and will be returned - nothing as good as this one (and they are so tall they don't get under anything)

Absolutely love this robot vacuum. I have another from another brand and this one is definitely better. Only complaint would be that it’s a little loud but cleans extremely well!

i was skeptic at first but once i saw how well it cleaned and swept the floors and carpets i was ecstatic. i think it does a better job then the upright hoover vac i had. easy to use and program.

I purchased this product because my dog sheds a lot and I needed something that would sweep after I have done so to keep down the hair. This vac was a good buy for the price, but it tends to get stuck on carpet and rugs from time to time. It also never learns the layout of the house so sometimes it spends too much time in one area. It also doesn't realize when its battery is slow and at times I have to retract bobs steps to find his location. I wish I would have spent the extra money and got the shark robo vac.

Bobsweep does an excellent job cleaning the floors. Our only complaint is that it is rather big so sometimes it gets stuck under furniture. We have learned to block trouble areas. Otherwise we are very pleased with it.

Wprked for few days and after which it started making lot of noise. I had to return it. Does pretty good cleaning on hardwood floor.

So far no issues. We set it up to clean at midnight. I clean it once a week to avoid having to troubleshoot it. Found a very helpful video on YouTube that explained anytime it stops. We’ve had no issues so far.

It does a pretty good job of picking up stuff (although a subsequent run through with my upright picked up quite a bit more) the problem I had is that it takes forever to do a room. I felt like I was always watching and waiting for it to be done. I'm sure it would have gotten better if I had given it time to "learn" my house but it just didn't seem worth it to me. Easier to just pull out the vacuum or stickvac and get it done quickly.
