Huge waste of money; does not work

Cannot transition to carpet. Cannot even clean a thin area rug on hardwood. I called Bobsweep. They were not surprised. Returned to Best Buy. They accepted return without question. Will be buying a new Roomba. Worth the extra money for a product that works.
