I bough this while it was on sale. Unfortunately, it is the worse vacuum cleaner I’ve ever invested in.

Seems to sense the wall and doesn't clean edges. The sweeping arm is not long enough.

Can’t handle really any pet hair. Def get a better one.

Does not clean straight goes in many different directions and hardly pick any crumbs

Was not satisfied with it. Not a good investment!!

Garbage.... dies immediately China junk being dumped here.

Our first bObsweep stopped working after about two weeks. I think the battery was faulty. I emailed the company and they sent me a new one, no questions asked. They were great about emailing and responding right away to make sure that the product worked as intended. So far, the new one works great. It picks up dirt well and has been easy to use. It has a remote and you can set it for when you want it to clean. I will update the review after we have used the product for a few more months.

Out of all robot vacuum models out there I find Bob to be the best looking one! Very simple and gets the job done. I thought Bob's simple design might mean that he wouldn't get all the places in our apartment, but he seems to pretty much cover every area. We have Bob run everyday and we are always so excited to check out how much of our dog's hair he picked up. It feels great to see all I didn't have to personally vacuum. 4/5 stars because Bob does get stuck quite a bit, but this is only due to our dog's toys. The stuffed animal fibers get stuck and Bob cant rotate the brush, but this is easily avoidable if we throw away stuffed animal fibers right away after our dog destroys a toy. Would also be nice if this model had wifi so we could use our phone/Alexa instead of the remote. Bob support has been the most helpful. Without hesitation they are willing to help troubleshoot every step to help figure out the issue and as long as Bob falls under warranty, they will be able to send you any replacement parts as needed.

We love the fact that we can program Bob to come on every afternoon and vacuum. Especially with 2 dogs, its nice to get the hair up daily. Bob does a great job on our vinyl tile floor, but occasionally gets stuck on our area rug. He runs over our thicker rug easily! He is even very durable as he has sustained numerous biting attacks from our blue heeler that does not like Bob! Wouldn't know what to do if I had to manually vacuum daily.

I've always wanted a robotic vacuum, and after a great deal of research, I thought the bObsweep offered the right mix of cost/performance. A very effective machine, it exceeded all expectations. My floors are predominately tile and wood which Bob handles exceptionally well. I did contact customer service with a concern, and the response was prompt and supportive. I would rank this as one of the best customer service experiences I've had. This company goes over and above to provide support for their product. A well made machine that does what it is designed to do, and a company that offers excellent support, I would not hesitate to purchase this product again.

The BobSweep Pro is the first robot vacuum that I’ve purchased and I have been extremely pleased with how well it cleans. It is well designed and user friendly. I did have a problem develop with my vacuum a little after a year of use. There were clear troubleshooting instructions in the user manual and online. Sadly my vacuum’s issue was beyond what I could fix. I reached out to the company and they were promptly able to provide me with clear instructions to send it in for repair. For a minimal shipping cost each way, I was cleaning again with Bob In only a few days. Very pleased with both the vacuum and the customer support!

Great machine that does well at keeping your place tidy in between deep cleanings. I replaced the battery after 2+ years and it is almost good as new. It does have issues with getting stuck under cabinets and the fridge, but I'm usually home to save it. I think its great the manufacturer offers replacement parts and warranty coverage.

This bObsweep is a winner for sure. My family has named him BOB and he is like another member of the family. He recently had to had repairs the Customer Service team provided outstanding care. They kept us informed about everything, we prompt in answering questions and providing solutions. I would highly recommend bObsweep. Outstanding value and he cleans sooooooooo great!

I have had this vacuum a few year and like it a lot. I wish it wouldn’t get stuck on my rugs so much though. Cleans a lot of dust and gets all the pet hair. Customer service is excellent I have reach out twice and both problems were solved with ease. Recommend it!

Sweeps well on hard flooring. Much louder than I was expecting. it does get stuck on our shag rug. Overall does its job.

I’m a single guy living in a 2 bedroom house. With work and travel I’m looking at an 11-12 hour day. The last thing I want to do when I get home or on my day off is vacuum the house. I’ve programmed Bob to run every day. I come home everyday to clean floors. With a dog and cat it’s nice to come home to clean floors. Best vacuum I’ve ever bought
