I bought my bobsweep and it has truly life saving. I have a 1 year old leaving crumbs all over the house and cleaning every night while working from home was getting exhausting. Now I turn it on the evening and it does all the work for me. A must have for families and anyone with a pet. It’s worth every penny!

This robot vacuum is a steal. Let me tell you why! The runtime: this b0b model easily runs for over an hour. That's an hour that you will be able to save doing other important activities, perhaps catching up on some sleep, because you can barely tell he is even running! bOb minds his own business and cleans at a sound that does not interrupt your day. Once bOb's battery gets low, he automatically returns back to his home base and charges up for the next clean. Ease of cleaning: Cleaning with bOb is already so easy, seeing as you can just let him run on his own for a normal clean or have him specifically vacuum certain areas, such as just the edges of a room. Which is great when you do not want to get on your knees and clean the edges yourself. However, I am referring to the cleaning and maintaining of bOb. His tray is very convenient to empty, because it takes less than five seconds! Maintenance: Yes, there will be some maintenance that will need to be done. Seeing as bOb is your new family member, you must take good care of him. Your initial clean may result in a lot of hair, dust, debris, etc. This is simply due to the amount of detail in the clean that bOb does. He gets very deep into the carpet, picking up all foreign objects and moving it into his tray. For the better of bOb and yourself, it would be good to clean all his brushes and empty his tray on a weekly basis to make for the best clean. The process is so simple as the tools needed are already provided and work great. Customer Service: The last thing I would like to include is the customer service team that provide exceptional support when you need it. If bOb has an issue, you simply reach out to them via email or the website and they get back to you in no time with your options. Whether it be to discuss the repair or follow up on the overall health of bOb, they keep it professional and show you how much they care for your product.

Excellent customer service! The bObsweep team offers amazing and timely! I find comfort in knowing this company really has the best interest of the user as a high priority. I was not only taken care of, but a respesentative repeatedly followed up with me at every step AND even after the problem was resolved to ensure I was still satisfied. The vacuum works so well and my laminate flooring feels so clean afterwards! It is a bit louder than I would prefer, so I run it when I leave the house.

Bought this last year and it’s now on sale for much less but I’ve been loving it so I can’t complain.

I purchased Bob a couple of years ago and he has made my life so much easier. I am in my last quarter here and not as mobile as I used to be. I always hated doing floors and now I can keep them clean with little effort. Bob is easy to clean. And I like that he can clean under beds and sofas whereas I could not. I liked him so much I bought one for my sister for Christmas and another for a friend. I lost the cover that goes over the brushes and called the company for a replacement. It arrived in 2 days as promised, (And then I found the original cover but that is neither here nor there). I get so frustrated with customer service in general these days but I was extremely pleased with that provided by BobSweep. I actually connected quickly with a live, American, English speaking rep who was so pleasant! I highly recommend Bob.

I've had my Bobsweep for the better part of a year. Bob is family now. I use Bob on two types of carpet and and laminate floors. While Bob doesn't have the cleaning power of my standup vacuum cleaner for cleaning carpets (I never thought he would), He is as good as any cleaner on hard floors. I occasionally pull out my upright vac and do my carpeting. I highly recommend reading the manual and visiting the Bobsweep website, which is full of information on their products. Bob doesn't think like you and I when cleaning the floor, so don't try to correct him. Just let him do it his way and it will turn out well. (again...the user manual) Bobsweep customer service is the best I have experienced. I had no trouble with Bob, but after I accidently threw out part of Bob's "innards" in the trash (long story), I contacted customer service for help straightening out my mistake. They were great and I received my parts promptly with an offer of guidance to install them if needed. All in all, Bob and Bobsweep are highly recommended.

We bought our bObsweep Pro towards the end of April 2020. The promises are true. Our bob does the job for us. We used to feel like we could never really keep up. Bob not only made clean floors job we no longer had to think about, but the Bob Pro honestly made our floors look better than they did after manually sweeping and vacuuming. (yes, with a HEPA filter vacuum). We ran into trouble, as it was making noise, and wasn't working properly anymore. Our BobSweep customer service rep was quick to offer help. We sent ours back, and received a brand new replacement with a 6mo extended warranty. You really can't beat that! For those who are more cut from the DIY cloth, almost every part is replaceable and available on their website for a reasonable cost. They intend these to last, and they stand behind their products. You will not be disappointed.

Bob is my little helper so I don't have to do all the vacuuming myself twice a week! He saves my hands from using the upright I have. He does a good job and has had a couple issues, but when I have contacted the company they are extremely easy to deal with and help solve the problems!

I have had my Bob for over a year. Since then he has become my best friend. He vacuums under my couch and under my vanity. My house has never been cleaner. I have 2 dogs and 2 boys so that is saying something. Besides Bob’s performance, I am impressed with the companies customer service. I ran into some mechanical trouble with Bob and customer service was quick to reply to my troubles. My Bob was fixed under its warranty and returned better than new. This is an amazing product with amazing people ensuring it’s quality.

I purchased this several months ago. We have 2 dogs that are shedders and I was hoping it would be the better alternative to vacuuming daily. It is not very effective if you have a lot of corners or a change from wood surface to tile. Also, the brush that collects the dirt/debris from the floor tends to collect it in a bunch instead of immediately passing it on to the collection bin, which is rather small. I compared its performance to my daughters considerably older Rhoomba and the Rhoomba wins every time in similar spaces and floor types. I should have spent the extra $$$

Great little vacuum cleans on schedule once a day i clean Bob as directions say ,got him at a good price on deal of the day ,looking forward to getting mop version if it goes on sale

It didn’t last as long as I expected. Only lasted 1 year and the wheel got messed up and kept going in circles.

Bob sweep has been an amazing addition to our household. He help so much. He sucks everything up off of our hardwood floors. Super easy to empty. I would recommend this product! He is fantastic.

product has had so many problems since i bought in 2020. i even had to send it back multiple times for repairs. currently it still vacuums but i had to take the side brush and disconnect the motor so it continues to work. i personally would recommend the eufy vacuums

I am amazed. I have four cats so after work I am constantly cleaning after them. BOb has been able to provide the help I need around the house, making it easier for me to just focus on other chores around the house. My kids also love bOb and will constantly follow it around the house, huge distraction for them especially when constantly being on the TV or playing video games. I highly recommend!

I bought this a while ago when it was on sale and was anxious to use it. First, we have 2 Corgis. Shedding is their hobby. This vacuum is not sufficient for our needs so I use my Dyson cordless more often than not. Also, its not very good over door thresholds or in corners, as it tends to get stuck. I do use it, but its not as effective as I had hoped.

I received this as a Christmas gift not realizing how much I truly needed it. I don’t think I could live without it now that I’ve had it (especially with a dog that sheds a lot!). I love being able to set the schedule and wake up to clean floors every single day. It is very easy to use and maintain! Customer service is also exceptional and very helpful!

This bobsweeper works great! I have had it for 2 years and compared to other brands it gives superior performance, it does not bump into the walls or furniture but backs up gently, the noise is not bad and the battery life is amazing. Great costumer service as well.

My Bobsweep was having a problem so I had to send him in to be repaired. Well he must have died because they sent me a new Bob. I am very happy with the Bobsweep he does a good job of cleaning up after 2 dogs, two cats, and lots of foot traffic. Also, the customer service is very helpful.
