Bob Gold is awesome. He cleans thoroughly and totally gives me time to do other things. He’s reliable and doesn’t miss a spot. No need for me to vacuum ever again. I had an issue with mine and the company repaired it and sent it back very quickly. Great price and high quality.

Works well. We have a collie who sheds like crazy. Bob does a good job keeping up with it as long as I keep up with keeping Bob clean. I empty him and clean his brushes twice a week. The company does a great job of standing behind their products as well.

Fantastic customer service. After about a year of ownership, we are pretty happy with Bob. The relationship didn't necessarily start out great, Bob was a bit lazy at first, he didn't pick up anything bigger than a piece of rice, and seemed to drain his battery very quickly. Bob even suffered from a broken wheel and had to go to the doctors. BUT.... Upon his return from the doctors visit, Bob was a whole new sweeper. His battery life was improved, he was better at picking up debris, and is more intuitive at navigating. Everytime there was an issue, customer support was super helpful, very friendly, and quick to respond. I really cant say enough about how well they handled things. Moral of the story: If your Bob isn't behaving, don't give up on him. Reach out and allow the company to stand behind their product, it is refreshing to find a company that actually does.

We have had this for just about one year and it has been very reliable. We set it to clean every 7am. It is easy to handle, easy to empty, and finds it's port very easily. We had a minor problem with the remote which was corrected quickly by the excellent service rep.

This machine is great to use with a household of four. Our two children and puppy can create big messes and with this machine I am able to spend less time out of my day picking up. Customer service is excellent and makes the process an ease.

I love my bobsweep. I have had another robo vacuum in the past and I am very impressed with my bob it is my quieter and does an amazing job sweeping up dog hair and any little thing that lands on the floor. I love 100% recommend.

It is a great product and it works really good. If you have any issue the customer service from the manufacturer is great. They answer right away and help you out really fast. I really recommend this product.

We love our Bob Sweep for keeping the dog fur tumbleweeds at bay! The daily timer makes it easy to keep up with the cleaning schedule. We use mostly on wood floors and laminate and it does an excellent job.

We have pets and hardwood floors. I would recommend Bob because he has saved us a lot of time from having to sweep everyday. The battery last a long time and the canister holds a lot of debris. Customer service is great!

bOb works great. I've some issues with it a couple of times and it stops working but the company/manufacturer has taken good care of my and my bOb.

Overall pleased with my bob vacuum. It helps a lot with a choir that nobody enjoys doing! It works well as long as you clean out any hair and the bag less container timely.

Product works great. We've had it for over 6 months. We have a dog that sheds and this works well to pickup her fur. However, BOB needs to be cleaned and have hair/fur removed from wheels and brushes or it can stop working. When ours had this issue I contacted the Helpdesk (Rep. Gabe) who easily found the problem and pointed me to a link with a video showing additional areas I had missed while cleaning BOB. Once cleaned BOB went right back to work. A+ for the Helpdesk and my main reason for 5 Stars.

Works great for my household. We have a smaller house with carpet, but three very hairy dogs. We vacuumed once a week and thought we were good. Running this daily has shown a large difference. Our carpet looks a lot cleaner. The only issue I have is that I have to untangle the roller multiple times, its expected with all the dog hair and stuff. I love my bobsweep. Also customer service is awesome. They took care of a minor issue I had and contacted me several times after to make sure everything was still good.

As a pet owner with a dog and two cats who shed like crazy and constantly drag dirt and litter throughout the house, I was a doubtful that a little robot vacuum could keep up with us. Was I wrong!! Bobsweep pro does an AMAZING job of getting into every little space where dust, fur and dirt accumulate. We run it every night and in the morning my floors look perfectly clean! I have recommended it to a couple friends who felt the same way as I do and I can’t wait to hear what they think!

I wish I can give negative 5. Barely used but stopped working. Don’t ever buy bobsweep, looks like this $300 off in deal of the day featuring is all because of the quality of the product. I have no other choice now, gotta trash it

I absolutely love my Bob! He does a wonderful job on my floors. I am a single mom work a full time job and have a long haired cat, it was definitely the best decision to buy this brand. Bobsweep customer service has also been amazing and they actually stand by the warranty! Service was amazing!

Vacuum is great, Customer support is Awesome. Any problems or issues are remedied quickly. If so happens parts are needed, very inexpensive. There are even tutorial videos to help you with any issue you might have.

Reading the 1 star reviews it sounds like if this could vacuum itself up and dump itself in the trash it would be perfect.

We received our bObsweep for Christmas as a present and we have been totally surprised by how easy is was to operate. The whole set up, The programing was incredibly simple. The directions were very easy to follow. We liked it so much we ordered a second one.

We love our Bob sweet. It learns the house very quickly goes under all the furniture which was always the places I couldn’t reach especially your heavy bed. Vacuums in straight lines so I love the way it leaves my room looking. Customer service is great as well!
