It was a little confusing to set up but, then again, I'm also not the most tech savvy person. The good news is that once you have it set up it works flawlessly and quietly. I love it!

I love my bobsweep and the customer service is fantastic. This is the first robotic vacuum I have owned and I will continue owning a bobsweep.

This thing spends more time bumping into walls and spinning around to get its' bearings than it does actually vacuuming. Takes almost 2 1/2 hours to vacuum our floor, approximately 600 sq ft. total. Sorry, not a fan.

Love this product. Just turn it on and it cleans the floors for you while you do something else.

I recently purchased my bObsweep from Best Buy, and I am very disappointed in the overall 'intelligence' and performance of this robot vacuum. It repeatedly gets stuck and can't even climb 1/2 inch surface. It skips corners and is just extremely confused overall in terms of cleaning-area and parameter. It has no cleaning method or pattern and just seems to go in circles. It has no sense of 'height/edge' and when coming to the edge of the stairs, it will get stuck and switch off with an error message while hanging over the edge. This vacuum annoys me more than it brings me joy.

I just watched this thing spend an hour cleaning the same 8 foot by 5 foot hallway. I will be returning. I will even put it in another room and it will only go back and clean the same hallway.

I like mine! It fits under my bed and picks up all the dog hair.

What a piece of junk. Run away. This thing wont tell you when bin is full. Cant connect in any way. The software seems poor. This thing stopped working on my rug after two times, ones it hits my rug it errors out and I have to manually move it away so it will never find home base again. Find a better brand. This one is around for bestbuy to act like they are giving deals. Paid 150 for it on a deal day and that was too much to pay. Bought two and wish I would have saved the box on the one I opened so I could return that one too.
