Does a good job vacuuming as long as you are there to babysit the machine while it's running. It tends to get stuck on rugs and the legs of my barstools. So, I have to put all chairs, stools and rugs on high ground the days the Bobsweep heads out on it's adventure through the house. It does get all the dog hair and keeps the floor clean. However, I had to clean out the vacuum this weekend and found all the debris is still in it, so it isn't emptying into the tank. Big disappointment there. I tried the mopping feature and was very disappointed. One would think "BOb" would know when the water is empty and stop. He didn't! Just kept on "mopping" with an empty reservoir.

I really like the way this Bob does such an amazing job. Looks like I’ve mopped after I sweep. Got to try the mop function!

Really like the robot. It’s great and easy to install and use. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a smart vision robot.

I have it for about 6 months, and so far it has performed very well, no issues. it’s a great deal when on discount. i recommend this product.

This vacuum is amazing. Not only has great suction, but also dumps itself... And... wait for it... it MOPS!!! Do yourself a favor and buy one!

The Bob vacuum is easy to use, but the suction power is not very good . It does basic cleaning , but it does not pick up dirt very well. It is okay for light cleaning only.

Amazing product. I had Roomba for years and took a chance with this product. Not disappointed, the self emptying feature and the mop feature are exceptional.

The silence while mopping completely is a blessing with our pets

I love this vacuum. We have a large pit bull inside that sheds a lot. I have Bob set to run 2:30am & I get to wake up to a clean carpet every morning.

I have had a few robot vacuums and this one is by far the best. It does a good job with mapping and we have been very happy with it.

We were hesitant at first to try a robotic vacuum but after a couple months of use, we are very satisfied with our Bobsweep and would definitely recommend others to buy it.

It’s great. It looked so good I didn’t want to walk on the carpet. Clean. Easy to use. Powerful. And my girlfriend likes it. That’s most impressive!

I really like my bobsweep. It does a fantastic job keeping up with debris on the ground. My only complaint is the noise level when on highspeed and I have lot of pet fur, so i wish it went and emptied itself more often. But, i have a newfoundland dog and a cat and it still keeps up!! And it climbs over rugs :)

Works great, have it on its own schedule for when I’m gone, quiet, picks up dog hair perfectly, don’t leave cords around (obviously)

Upgraded and replaced an early generation (ecovac) robot vacuum. The mapping feature is nice and allows to set up rooms and exclusion zones. Had to re-map the house once due to an unknown error. Seems to be fine now. Overall, a good robot vacuum. Haven't tried the "mopping" function yet

I love it. It it really smart. The map it created is accurate. It cleans every corners and edge.

The best part is how easy to set up the rooms in the map.

Really like the vacuum on area rugs and LVP floor. My GSD dog hair does clog it. But that has stopped now that i run it daily. At first i used lowest suction power setting. Now i use medium. I have not successfully used the mop feature. I set the no mop areas and it didnt work. Contacted them for help and no help yet. I did get this on sale and used rewards dollars.
