Good but could be better

It took a while because it had to map my house, but I'm presuming it will get faster going forward.

Lot to set up completely

Haven’t tried the mop feature yet. Best Buy was NO help, had to contact the vacuum company for tech susupport.

A great BOT!

I still don't know how to get the mop to work because the BoBsweep comes with a detailed instruction booklet. I'm old school. I still don't know how to map or mop. Otherwise the BOT is great. Makes life much easier.

Great vacuum

The directions are pretty straightforward and easy to follow, but definitely need to follow them. I don't love the map icons as my previous version allowed me to type in the room name. It's not a deal breaker, but the icons are hard to see. Overall it seems to work well. I haven't tried the mopping yet.
