I wouldn’t recommend this. It drives over the grass or anything tracked in. It does run forever.

My first robot vacuum.. and I won't be buying another.... I thought because it advertised as being for pets, that it might actually pick up some of the pet hair. It does, somewhat, as the hair does jams the sweeper parts .. but you can quite clearly watch it rolling around, leaving dog hair, dust, etc behind .. a waste of money that I waited too long to try and now can't return.

It doesn’t work very well on high pile carpet, especially with dog hair. I always have to go back and vacuum with my upright. Also, the app is frustrating. The maps keep deleting and I have to redo the schedules..

Love this. Wait for it to go onslae and you wont regret it.

I’ve been using a Bobsweep pertain slam for 3 years that worked great until recently it just spins. So I purchased this newer model expecting the same great results. This thing is junk! It just pushed the dog hair around and leaves it in a pile on the threshold while dropping anything else it may have picked up when it struggles to cross the threshold. I have hard wood floors and tile so it’s all hard surfaces that are cleaned daily. Would not recommend.

This unit does a horrible job as a vacuum and mop. It does not empty itself at all and always needs a manual dumping. once its compartment is full, it continues to drive around redistributing dirt back across the solid surface floors and area rugs. Dog hair is wound around brush and disassembly is mandatory with every run. DO NOT BUY THIS CHEAPLY MADE PRODUCT!

The sweeping function on this is very strong and I would buy a sweeper only model. The mop function is terrible. The water reservoir in the unit is tiny. It holds less than 1 cup of water. You have to fill it every 10 minutes or less. Then, the first 2 passes after you fill it, it dumps extra water on the floor so you have to go back with a towel and dry behind it.

It doesn’t pick up good on my lament hardwood floor. We still have to go behind it and sweep. We did not use the mop feature. It also has to be used with an app.

Definitely not what was expected. Had to clean it after each use just have it still not pick up simple dirt off the floor. Wouldn’t buy again if it was $1.

Mapped really good, the LIDAR scanner makes it so quick and easy to map out, especially with detecting objects around it. Didn’t get to try the mopping feature, and only had it for like 4 days. One of the primary parts of it broke, and I mean broke within a week of usage. Had to exchange it with a different brand.

Bought this vacuum about a month ago. Used it once and now it won’t reconnect to the wifi. And of course I already threw the box away, so I can’t return it.

Aso far i have onoy set the unit up.in a location i plan to leave it. Havent done any mapping or whatnot. Haven't mopped, haven't vacuumed. So why 1 star then? Because BestBuy decided thwy wete going to share my email address with bObsweep and they and me some "provide early adopter feedback for a chance to win" email. I would LOVE to see where I agreed to share my email with ANYONE upon making a purchase with Best Buy. If i hadnt used so many rewards to purchase this I'd simply return it. After setting it up and using it, I may up the review to 2 or 3 stars. But this thing could take out the trash and wash dishes and I wouldnt give 4 or 5 stars after giving out my email.

This machine does a great job cleaning the bulk of the floor area. The problem is, the dog hair winds up being left in piles along carpeting, mats, etc. The floor still has to be swept every time this unit is used.

Look at Eufy instead. Couldn’t connect to The internet, tried several times. Asked for support, couldn’t get that. Eufy connects easier and the app is easy.

Really wish I had held out for a SHARK. It should have been a SHARK.

Robot vacuum can't dock to recharge or empty, no matter where the base is placed. Open room with no obstacles, dark room with no obstacles, doesn't matter. bOb spins and spins and spins, wandering the room without success. Soft and hard resets don't work, moving the base doesn't work. Deleted the map and " quick mapped" 5 times now with THE SAME base location, no luck. Hopefully returning bOb the p0s.

It did perform to my expectations at all. I watched it skip over pet hair and the "mop" function was just a swipe of water, it didnt clean anything. I returned it promptly and bought a Roomba

Really disappointed with the product. They say it can ‘mop’, it’s outright a lie, we can’t keep the water anywhere so I don’t know what’s the point of saying it can mop. Even for small human hair it’s getting stuck at the bottom, I have to clean-it everytime. I fed up with it and stopped using, I’m using regular vaccum cleaner again. I would never buy this again. It’s not even cleaning 100%, it’s leaving 25% of the dust on the carpet. Also, it’s not reaching to corners. I don’t know that’s the point of this device if it can’t fulfill the basic requirement.
