We loved it so much we bought a second one!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We loved it so much we bought a second one! We had our carpet replaced with laminate. And we have 3 dogs that shed. Be purchased an Ultravision from Best Buy. They had a great deal on one and the reviews were amazing. So we gave it a try. And...O..M...G! We have it scheduled to run twice a day. You'd never know we had dogs. It keeps up with their hair and cookie crumbs they leave behind. Now we are having our downstairs carpet replaced with laminate. So of course we went and bought a second. It's one less thing I have to worry about doing during the day with everything else that needs to get done. Our first ones name is Vincent the Vacuum and the second one is Rosey the Robot. (Like from The Jetsons cartoon) One thing that can be instantly checked off the todo list! Love it!

The Story of Bob: A Modern Fairytale
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Once upon a Memorial Day weekend, in a cozy 927 square foot apartment kingdom, there lived a human with gloriously long hair and her faithful four-legged companion with decidedly short fur. Their home was furever plagued by an ancient curse: the never-ending tumbleweeds of hair that rolled across the floors like tiny prairie dust storms. Then one fateful day, Bob arrived. Bob wasn't your ordinary houseguest. He was round, determined, and came with a very specific mission: to rid the kingdom of its fuzzy enemies. The Bobsweep Ultravision Pet had found his new home. Bob's first day was one of preparation. After a 15-minute introduction ceremony (also known as "setup"), he retreated to his charging station for a noble hour-long slumber, gathering strength for the adventures ahead. When he awoke, Bob set forth on his maiden voyage: mapping every corner, nook, and cranny of his new domain. And what a sight it was! This brave little warrior ventured where no human had dared to tread – under the dreaded dresser, beneath the intimidating bed, into the forgotten corners where dust bunnies had built their secret societies. Every other day, Bob would embark on his heroic quest. His human companion would watch in wonder as he danced across the floors, leaving behind perfectly artistic circular patterns. Tiny crop circles that somehow brought more joy than any traditional vacuum lines ever could. Perhaps it was the magic of not having to wield a heavy cleaning weapon herself, or perhaps Bob simply possessed an artist's soul. In exactly 40 minutes, Bob would conquer the entire kingdom, returning to his charging castle with a triumphant 90% battery still coursing through his mechanical veins. Truly, he was a warrior of efficiency. Now, some neighboring kingdoms had whispered rumors about Bob's loudness, but our heroine found these tales greatly exaggerated. Bob hummed no louder than a gentle fan, providing a soothing soundtrack to his cleaning ballet. Only during his grand finale, when he would return to his self-emptying castle to deposit his conquered dust bunny prisoners, would Bob raise his voice to that of a regular vacuum, and even then, only for 10-15 seconds of victorious celebration before settling into peaceful recharging slumber. The only minor flaw in Bob's otherwise perfect character was his tendency to get tangled in his human's long locks. But even this became part of their routine, a weekly hair-snipping ritual that kept their partnership running smoothly. Bob's human had briefly considered upgrading to a model with a built-in hair cutter, but wisdom prevailed. "I'd probably find a way to injure myself," she mused, "and Bob is worth this small weekly tribute." In a plot twist worthy of the greatest fairytales, even though Bob had been adopted through the Best Buy marketplace, his original family at Bobsweep reached out with words of welcome and offers of support. Such kindness from strangers proved that Bob came from good stock indeed. Bob had features his human never even used, like his mopping abilities, which remained dormant since only two small areas of the kingdom weren't carpeted. But his vacuuming prowess, smart mapping wisdom, scheduling reliability, and self-emptying magic made him worth every penny of his Memorial Day discounted price (though truthfully, he would have been worth full price too). Happily Ever After: And so, Bob transformed not just the floors of the apartment kingdom, but the very heart of his human companion. No longer would she toil with heavy cleaning contraptions when she could sit back and watch her tireless friend work his magic. Bob had ruined her for all other cleaning methods, and she couldn't have been happier about it. For anyone considering welcoming their own Bob into their home: fear not if you haven't heard of the Bobsweep clan before. Take this tale as proof that sometimes the best roommates are the ones who clean up after themselves, ask for nothing but a weekly hair detangling, and turn housework into daily entertainment. The End

||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this on sale figuring if it works half of what they’re selling it’s worth it. I have literally run the robot everyday while I’m at work. I have hardwood floors throughout my house so it’s perfect. I could use the mop feature but I haven’t even tried it yet with the floors being vacuumed everyday I simply follow a couple times a week with the spin mop. If you’re on the fence jump in

So good, I'm buying another one!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought a year ago and LOVE IT. I've always loved the robot vacuums, but hate having to empty every day. I've only had to change the bag once this year. I've only used the mop a couple of times, but worked great! The app is pretty cool too, I like being able to section off areas he gets stuck.

Funny reviews
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Thing works as well as the current tech and models that are out there. Seriously, people, this isn't a vacuum that is like a normal standup you operate. Its great for maintaining thats it. For some of the comments... please educate yourself on how it works... there is a slight learning curve to use it effectively. Plus.. it isn’t a dry mop and no it doesnt do stairs plus noise etc... For those people. .. buy a regular vacuum as this isn't for you.

Clean Sweep with bObsweep Ultra- vision
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review."I've owned several robotic vacuums over the years, but the bObsweep Ultravision has truly impressed me. After my last two Neato vacuums and learning they stopped production, I decided to take a chance on the bObsweep Ultravision when I saw it on sale at Best Buy. Setup was a breeze with the 2.4GHz requirement, and the easy instructions had me up and running quickly. The Ultravision’s performance has been stellar. The automatic emptying feature is a game-changer, making maintenance minimal. I highly recommend the bObsweep Ultravision to anyone considering a Robovac, and getting it from Best Buy ensures a good guarantee. As a member, you benefit from extra perks like a 2-year warranty at no additional cost. If you're in the market, give the bObsweep a try!"

"Disappointing Robot Vacuum: Fails to Avoid Obstac
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really regret buying this vacuum! I wanted a robot that could both vacuum and mop, and after a lot of research, I was particularly focused on finding one that could avoid obstacles. Despite the so-called “object detection” and “edge detection” features (which mean the camera is constantly on), the robot doesn’t detect anything properly! I don’t mind it bumping into walls and edges over and over, but what really frustrates me is how it drags anything in its path all over the house. Even if I block a specific area on the map to avoid, it completely ignores it and goes straight through. I’ve had to skip entire rooms just to stop it from making a mess. Also, the robot is supposed to empty its trash into a bin after every cleaning. It makes a lot of noise like it’s doing something, but the trash stays right inside. I’ve had to manually clean the bin at least 10 times now. Overall, it’s just not worth it. I originally wanted to buy an iRobot, but I accidentally ordered the vacuum-only version. Then my husband suggested this one, but it’s been such a disappointment. Don’t get me wrong, it does vacuum (we mostly have hard floors, so I can’t comment on how it performs on carpet—since I vacuum those manually with my Dyson to avoid this robot accidentally deciding to “mop” them). It also mops fairly well, but I spray the entire floor with cleaning solution instead of adding it inside the vacuum. This way, I give it more wet area to clean properly. However, the issues with object avoidance and trash disposal still make it a frustrating purchase. Too late to return, unfortunately :(

My little helper
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I must admit, I was initially skeptical about how well this product would perform, especially given the significant discount—it seemed almost too good to be true. However, I was pleasantly surprised. This little helper has exceeded my expectations and made my daily routine so much easier. I use it every day, and it does an exceptional job, particularly in my kitchen, where I have a white marble floor that makes even the smallest strands of hair visible. It handles the task effortlessly. I highly recommend it to anyone, even those with pets. I have two dogs and a cat, and this device has been a game-changer for maintaining cleanliness in my home.

Great little vacbot!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.[Employee of bestbuy] Cleans well, quickly, and efficiently! Can sometimes get clogged when facing extreme pet hair either in amount or length but the ease of access to its inner bin makes them a minor annoyance at worst. The app integration is neat and works well too!

Bobsweep Vacuum Efficiency vs Mopping
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Bobsweep vacuum cleaner performs exceptionally well in vacuuming mode, demonstrating strong suction and efficient cleaning. However, the mopping feature is relatively basic and lacks advanced functionality. A deeper assessment suggests that it could benefit from enhanced water control, improved floor coverage, and better stain removal capabilities to meet higher cleaning standards.

Good product 9/10 would recommend!!!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This robot vacuum is really good at its job. The day we got it we were surprised with all its features and functionality. The app to control its not the best in the world but it gets the job done. We have a golden retriever and he sheds a lot we use to vacuum 2 to 3 times a day because if not our house would look like the Wild West with his hairs rolling around, but ever since we got the robot vacuum we only vacuum once every 2 to 3 days to get the things the vacuum can’t get like some of the corners of our house. Some people say that it gets stuck easily, but thats far from the truth mine has only gotten stuck on some xmas decorations we have around the house and that’s because they have like strings coming out that the vacuum picks up and tangles its self on it but we used some of the features of the map and we were able to get the vacuum to not get near them and problem solved.

Decent Robot Mop/Vacuum
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall as a vacuum/mop this thing does the job nicely. When it comes to the front camera noticing low objects, cords, clothes, etc, I have noticed it to be pretty terrible, most of the time driving right over things and getting stuck. This was with the feature specifically turned on in the app as well. Other than that this thing is solid as I said. The app is not the best ui wise but has it has the functions it needs to. I did get this thing on a crazy discount which made it more worth it.

Pleasantly surprised!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this thing. We have 3 dogs and for the first time ever, my floors are consistently clean. It mapped all my rooms with no problem and navigates the floor transitions between rooms without a hitch. Its never gotten stuck. The scheduling feature is wonderful. I set it before i leave for work in the morning and come home to clean floors! The mopping feature also works well, although it only advises to use distilled water. I usually spray my mopping solution on the floor of the room its mopping so avoid putting the solution into the vacuum.

3 months later and still no issues!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was so excited to set up my Ultravision and was thoroughly impressed with its first run! I thought it would take a while, so I started with just a map of my whole home. Later, when I actually started the first run, I was amazed at how quickly it completed cleaning the whole house! The navigation is amazing; it stopped right before running into something. The app also has many useful features, like setting up boundaries or cleaning a certain spot or a specific room. Overall, I'm very impressed with my Ultravision, and this was a wonderful addition to my home!
