It is one of the best investments I’ve made as a dog owner. The vacuum’s suction power is incredible and it’s more than double the current I have. It picks up dirt and dog hair effortlessly, even from carpets where hair tends to cling. I was amazed at how much dirt it collected on its first run, despite regularly cleaning.

[Employee of bestbuy] Cleans well, quickly, and efficiently! Can sometimes get clogged when facing extreme pet hair either in amount or length but the ease of access to its inner bin makes them a minor annoyance at worst. The app integration is neat and works well too!

I love this little robot cleaning system! It picks up all the little trash it really sweeps the floor and all the corners. Its really easy to set up and get used to. You can command it through the app and its just wonderful! It mops too, i like that i dont have to add chemicals or soap its just water and leaves my floor very clean.

Bob does a great job. I don’t think about sweeping anymore. It’s been a great relief as a mom with dogs and a full time job. Obviously cleaning the vacuum is important to do routinely. You can’t have it all. Very smart, hardly any issues, we love bob.

Love this machine. Never have to vacuum again! Love the mop feature also. This machine really cleans and is not half as noisy as my others I have tried.

The Roomba worked very well, but do not expect it to last in the long term. About a year after owning it, it has been having sensory problems. It is unable to recognize where it is going, constantly gets stuck underneath furniture, and struggles to charge itself. Despite cleaning the sensors myself multiple times with specialized wipes and constantly remapping the entire house, the problem never resolves. Best to get this when it is on sale if you are interested in it, but do not expect it to last long-term.

Thing works as well as the current tech and models that are out there. Seriously, people, this isn't a vacuum that is like a normal standup you operate. Its great for maintaining thats it. For some of the comments... please educate yourself on how it works... there is a slight learning curve to use it effectively. Plus.. it isn’t a dry mop and no it doesnt do stairs plus noise etc... For those people. .. buy a regular vacuum as this isn't for you.

I must admit, I was initially skeptical about how well this product would perform, especially given the significant discount—it seemed almost too good to be true. However, I was pleasantly surprised. This little helper has exceeded my expectations and made my daily routine so much easier. I use it every day, and it does an exceptional job, particularly in my kitchen, where I have a white marble floor that makes even the smallest strands of hair visible. I really regret buying this vacuum! I wanted a robot that could both vacuum and mop, and after a lot of research, I was particularly focused on finding one that could avoid obstacles. Despite the so-called “object detection” and “edge detection” features (which mean the camera is constantly on), the robot doesn’t detect anything properly! I don’t mind it bumping into walls and edges over and over, but what really frustrates me is how it drags anything in its path all over the house. Even if I block a specific area on the map to avoid, it completely ignores it and goes straight through. I’ve had to skip entire rooms just to stop it from making a mess. Also, the robot is supposed to empty its trash into a bin after every cleaning. It makes a lot of noise like it’s doing something, but the trash stays right inside. I’ve had to manually clean the bin at least 10 times now. Overall, it’s just not worth it. I originally wanted to buy an iRobot, but I accidentally ordered the vacuum-only version. Then my husband suggested this one, but it’s been such a disappointment. Don’t get me wrong, it does vacuum (we mostly have hard floors, so I can’t comment on how it performs on carpet—since I vacuum those manually with my Dyson to avoid this robot accidentally deciding to “mop” them). It also mops fairly well, but I spray the entire floor with cleaning solution instead of adding it inside the vacuum. This way, I give it more wet area to clean properly. However, the issues with object avoidance and trash disposal still make it a frustrating purchase. Too late to return, unfortunately :(

We have a toddler and lots of hard to reach places like under the couch and under the TV console and Bob (our nickname for him) gets all the areas and more. I love how it features so many options to customize settings to fits each household. Thank you Bob!

It cleans very well. You need to change out the robot bottom when you want it to mop, and I wish it was a little more powerful. It does the job with small items. Clean it out once a week.

This robot vacuum is really good at its job. The day we got it we were surprised with all its features and functionality. The app to control its not the best in the world but it gets the job done. We have a golden retriever and he sheds a lot we use to vacuum 2 to 3 times a day because if not our house would look like the Wild West with his hairs rolling around, but ever since we got the robot vacuum we only vacuum once every 2 to 3 days to get the things the vacuum can’t get like some of the corners of our house. Some people say that it gets stuck easily, but thats far from the truth mine has only gotten stuck on some xmas decorations we have around the house and that’s because they have like strings coming out that the vacuum picks up and tangles its self on it but we used some of the features of the map and we were able to get the vacuum to not get near them and problem solved.
