amazing decive!!! i love it so far in the past 3 months of using. Helps keep the house clean, i use 2-3x a week

Love this little guy. He helps me Get all the dog hair in between vacuuming. He does get stuck pull out the occasional cord but he is much better than the Samsung one I had.

Great little bot does what’s needed, 2 German Shepherds in the house and it works great, had a small issue the water tank leaked a little bit, but the customer support it’s awesome! Received a new tank in 4 days!! Fast friendly A +++ in my book.

This is my 5th robot vacuum cleaner and so far it’s proving to be the best of the best! It arrived on June 6th and I immediately got it set up (very easy). It’s been trouble-free, just does it's job and return to base to charge. My previous vacuums were always giving error messages, demanding this be cleaned or that be changed. I was constantly searching the house for them, taking them apart to clean and replace things. Not the bObsweep! It’s gotten stuck one time on a small throw rug. It has yet to tell me it needs my attention. I LOVE it!!! And I was so lucky to have discovered it on sale at Best Buy for a great price during a limited sale!

I love that it’s able to get under my bed, kitchen island, and couches. It does its thing and moves along. Plus the added mop it has is nice around my front door because foot prints do tend to accumulate there, not anymore!

Instructions were not very clear, setup took longer than i feel.it should have. It cleans well once you have mapped your house properly.

Love it! Bob has become a part of the household! I use it daily and have not had any issue! My household has 2 short hair big dogs that live inside, and BOB is able to handle it. I would recommend!

I've been using it for five weeks now, and it's been a huge help — it mops and vacuums for you, so you hardly have to spend any time on cleaning. It’s really saving me a lot of time.

We have been using Ultravision Robot for over 3 weeks and it's being amazing! We have two cats and the hair can be a mess but the robot has really helped with that. I think the longer we owe it the more we will appreciate it. Setup was fairly easy which is a plus.

Easy to use, easy to understand, clean decently but the sensor is kind of complicated to fix

I never had a robotic vacuum before. I chose this product instead of Roomba based on lower cost and advertised features. I couldn’t be happier on my purchase at Best Buy. This product delivers what it promises and more. She is loyal helper- very efficient and high tech. Looks so lovely!

So far it works fine. Cleaning is good and so is mopping. Battery drain fast and doesn’t cover all the area

The UltraVision has been a great addition to our cleaning routine. With a dog at home, it makes keeping the floors clean of hair, dirt, and dust a breeze. And the mop feature is so cool and works great! Glad we made the leap for bOb.

AMAZING! This thing is a game changer, it does the job with perfection. It would literally get rid of every piece of dust. I do run it twice a day, at medium speed. The battery last, which is key for a device like this. Do not WAIT, buy it!

I cannot believe how long I have waited to own a robot vacuum. This vacuum saved my back I cannot believe how it went all over my house. my house is clean ! I have a bad back so I don't have to use my heavy sweeper heaven!

Satisfactory robot vacuum. Vacuum part does well. Mop is a pain as the water resovoir readily starts emptying upon filling. Even had a replacemet sent and same yhing happens so you can’t conveniently fill up with plans to mop later. You have to fill righg before planned mopping. Map/navigation occasionally faulty in which case you have to remap the area. Great customer service and communicates well. Would definitely not purchase unless on sale for $300 or less

I love this! Not sure how i lived before without one! Great suction...dors a great job.

I think this product is very good to have if you have pets that shed a lot. It does help with the pet hair in my home but I take away 2 stars due to the fact that I have issues setting up the device to the app and the second reason is because I think this model should have a tank for the mopping feature to where it can self fill instead of having to manually do this.
