We have a big dog and its amazing to wake up to a hair free house wvery morning. Before we got Bob hair was an issue constantly. Love the purchase!!!!

Good for pet hair but "mop" is useless. Good if you get on sale but I'd never pay retail.

I think this product is very good and works as it is described. The app is very easy to use and is easy to set up as well. Would recommend the product.

Very easy setup and app connects quickly. 10x better than any other Roomba vacuum I've purchased in the past.

It was great at first but then the object detection is horrible. It bumps into everything and to you if your in the way. Then turns around in circles and gets stuck easily.

I'm loving my Ultra Vision so far! Easy set up. It did a very good job of mapping the house. I like that I can adjust the suction levels. Overall, very satisfied with purchase.

This robot vacuum is fabulous! I have severe back problems and can’t vacuum or mop. Now BOB does it for me. I wish I had this years ago.

The unit needs constant maintenance and to take care of it is not very user friendly. The dustbin is constantly clogging, also experienced an issue with main unit getting clogged and having to unscrew everything to clear it. The rollers seem to trap hair in them instead of passing it into the dustbin. The mapping and setting up no go or no mop zone was very easy. But after creating a map and setting up rooms the system would break up rooms, and create a new map. So scheduled cleanings would skip parts of rooms. Had to keep reloading a saved map to restore settings.

Great purchase, I would buy it again. I recommend this product to everyone reading this message.

The best robot ever,clean perfect,leave everything on point

IEasily handles daily cleaning without much user input. Great for busy households.

I just took a baseball bat to this bot in my garage I hate it so much. First unit the brush motor fsiled, sent it in for repairs, it came back a month or so later and the thing could no longer navigate, sensors failed. They sent a new one as replacement, it worked…for four months. Then it decided it no longer was willing to connect to any internet. Spent hours on the phone with support trying to resolve, it would connect to WiFi but failed at cloud connection. No luck resolving the issue so they told me it was a problem with my isp. Thing doesn’t work on any WiFi, with any provider. So just out of luck. It still would work manually however, so I just click go and it still does it routine. Three months later, the thing can’t find its way back to its charger. Now it is pieces on the ground because I had to office space printer it to ease my frustration. I will never own a product from this company and will not likely ever buy a bot vacuum again. I’m done. Stay away and just keep with a Dyson or wireless stick vacuum, my two cents.

Ease of use, as well as remarkable cleaning ability!!!!

Found it on sale again, and like the title says I just ordered a second one for another floor of my house because the 1st one blew me away how awesome it is.

It was simple to program and I use it every morning and night. Does a gre a job as I have 6 dogs.

Keeps the husky hair off my floors. The first day it got clogged but it was shedding season. I cleared the hair and it works like a charm now. Not a big fan of the mopping floors are still dirty. You still have to mop with cleaning products.

First robo vac that i have purchased. Nice looking product, order delivered pn time as well. Very easy to set-up, plugged in hit go and the vacuum begin to map out my rooms. Very accurate mapping in and around furniture and other objects. Mopping set-up was easy as well, defined no mop zones with the app. Again very accurate mapping. I have had the unit for about 2 months, very satisfied at this point, I recently purchased a 2 unit for my daughter. Very pleased.
