Good product, doing its great job. Recommend it for everyone

I have to give this vacuum 2 stars. Aftera year of owning it, I have to say it’s not worth the price tag. The app sucks, customer service doesn’t help and did I mention, the app sucks? I can’t get my app to update the software. I continuously have a timeout issue. I can’t get the app to update the rooms, I continuously have a timeout issue. I can’t get the app to update the mop map, because you guessed it, the app times out. I would not recommend this vacuum due to the software issues you will have down the road. It works great at first, until it doesn’t. For the price, there are absolutely better options I bout mine for $300 on sale, that’s about what it’s worth. Do not regret this purchase later down the road.

Awesome! It really cleans quickly, was super easy to set up, and the self-emptying feature allows worry free use even when we sleep. The base holds a lot and doesn't require frequent bag changes.

After purchasing a few different options from Amazon, I decided to purchase this model best purchase ever. I’ve had a few problems with the other brands. Stop working after a month or two.

It does what you would expect from a small vacuum. It’s gotten stuck a few times and I haven’t used the mop option yet.

Getting this vacuum with all these features and for under $300 is a great deal. This thing lacks a big punch and has all the capabilities you will need. It’s app could use some minor adjustments, but for everything you get, you won’t be disappointed.

Yes it’s really good product to have in home, I have to vacuum every other day and now I sit in sofa and he work for me so glad to have my working partner

We’ve been very impressed with our Ultravision! The home mapping and tracking are very nice! We got the Ultravision to replace an old Roomba, and the technology is much better! No issues or big concerns thus far, it’s been great!

Upgraded from a 100 dollar robot vac. This one is really nice. We have dogs and works well as long as I clean it once a week. Just bought another for our other side of the house.

This has been a great product! I had to replace my shark and this has done that and then some! Love not having to empty it every day!

It’s absolutely amazing. He (BobS) actually keeps me on my toes. I feel like he’s chasing me around trying to keep me busy and super easy to use.

The setup and app are easy to use and customer friendly. Mapping feature and vacuum work amazing, the reason for my 2 star rating is that I’ve had it less than 30 days and I’m already having issues with it. The spinning brush is not working, we’ve followed all of the troubleshooting instructions and it’s still not working. We’ll probably look to exchange it out.
