The self emptying doesn't necessarily work very well, causing some additional work in cleaning it up once its full. mapping took a while but was able to eventually figure it out.

I replaced it with a shark brand from Amazon because I could get any assistance in a Best Buy store.

The one day it cleans it does a good job. But technology has so much bugs and problems. Sensors of location fail every other day, automations don’t work and the app has zero support. Using a broom and a mop is easier than this.

I was totally frustrated with my shark going off of the step and running over dog toys and getting stuck. This one’s not supposed to do either. It’s worse than my shark. If I hadn’t already of thrown a box away, I’d be returning.
