Started out okay. After a few months of use it has become unusable. The robot gets easily confused; errors occur where the scanned map layout of your home erases from the robots memory and has to be rescanned. Object detection is not a thing with this device. gets easily clogged. Has to be cleaned out daily. 100 percent regret this purchase.

I liked it, you can control maps, vacuum, mop settings, recommend

I got this for my parents for Christmas. They have fine haired cats and she says she has to clean out the suction tube every time she uses it because it clogs. I’m so sad because I wanted to make her life easier and not have to vacuum so often

Good idea. Poor execution. Tiny dirt catcher makes the thing run too long while full, so it doesn't pick up most of the dirt on the floor. The dirt catcher is about 1/4 the size of cheap competitor's. Missed my return window.

Where do I even begin with this review? From the moment I unboxed this product, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I picked it up on sale for $300 and thought I was getting a great deal—what a steal, right? Unfortunately, that excitement quickly turned into regret. Right out of the gate, the robot vacuum had major issues returning to its base station. I made sure the software was fully updated, and for context, I’m not new to these devices—I’ve owned various robot vacuums over the last 15 years and consider myself pretty tech-savvy. Despite that, I spent over three hours trying to troubleshoot the issues, hoping I could get it to work properly. No luck. The vacuum would leave the base, but instead of mapping and cleaning the house, it would scan only about a quarter of a single room before getting confused. When it came time to return to the base, it simply couldn’t do it. The error message consistently said the base was offline, even though everything was set up correctly. After exhausting all possible solutions, I had no choice but to give up and return it. Save yourself the headache, the time, and the hassle—look elsewhere. This product simply isn't ready for prime time.

Vacuums and mops great! I use it on wood floors. Also very good at mapping floor for cleaning.
