Doesn't suck up good. Had issues getting it remove trash to tower bag. Had cheap Chinese one that was better. Wouldn't buy this brand again.

I was happy to get this machine but it did not live up to expectations. It takes a minimum of 2 minutes to get off the charging pad. This was delivered to me on March 31, 2025 and after two weeks it has not mapped all the rooms in my house and it runs for 3 - 10 minutes on average before returning to the charging pad with 90% charge available. So it has not cleaned all my house yet. I tried to return it today 3/19/2025, only to be told that I should have returned it on April 15, 2025 so it it unreturnable. Best Buy wants me to use up the 2 year Geek repairs I bought to get it fixed after owning it for just two weeks so I am not entitled to use a new product for a while before it is to be repaired at a cost of $410 with the Geek Squad repair plan. I am furious

Love the sweeping part. The mopping is terrible it leaves swirls on floor. Don't mop with it anymore just vacum

Very cheap quality materials used here, vacuum is always so lost and confused. The bag insert is made of thin cardboard instead of plastic. Single roller that gets hair tangled often. Has a mop attachment, but doesn’t wash or dry it. I would say this thing is worth about $200 at most. Better offerings by competitors fir sure. I ended up with a Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. I’ve tried Dreame X40 Ultra as well, returned it. Get a Roborock, don’t be fooled by the all the sposered videos on youtube for Dreame.

I’m not satisfied with this robo vacuum. My home has about 1,000 sq. ft. of tiled flooring, and even with a full charge, the battery lasts only around 10–15 minutes. The mopping feature is also disappointing — it doesn’t clean the sides properly and covers only about 60–70% of the area. Overall, I feel this was a poor purchase and not worth the money.

It get stuck on every small place and the drain compartment get block easily

Worst piece of junk I’ve ever purchased. If you have any kind of lip in your house, mine is around an inch, do not buy this. Mine get stuck on the lip, and then I give it a help over, and then it turns right around goes back over it and gets stuck again. I sort of get it not making over the lip, but the fact it just repeats it is infuriating.

Cleans well when it works which is close to never. It will come off the charger and stop with a trouble code. Never runs the whole cycle and just glitchy overall

This has been nothing but a headache since it was purchased, and a big waste of money. This was bought for a family member as a gift, and now is past the timeframe to return. I am reasonably good with technology, and the go-to in the family to fix things when it's not working. I want to throw this device out the door, it's so frustrating. The app is behind in times - it's slow and glitchy, and only works when it wants to. There is an update that will not install. I went so far as to carry the whole unit to be right next to the router, and it still won't update. The last few times I've tried to get it to vacuum, it starts, does a few spins in a span of three feet, and then goes back to its dock and self-empties. This was our first attempt at the robot vacuum, and unfortunately, might be our last.

Broke down really fast, and it did not clean very well

This thing is a nightmare. Constant issues, can’t localize, clogged when emptying, sensors. The mop function is a joke, just drives around with a damp cloth pretty much and pressure isn’t equal only half of it is even getting the floor wet. Don’t ever pick it up for issues once lost on map you have to remap everything (rooms to avoid, all rugs). I have had a few other brands that were way better. I paid $290 for this on a fantastic sale and it isn’t worth the headache if they would’ve given it to me.

Does not clean much and makes too much noise so can’t use while you are working from home or while sleeping

Started out working well, at least the vacuum portion but has gotten to the point that it’s useless to even run it because it just pushes dirt around. I’ve done everything, cleaned out the bin, de tangled the roller almost daily when I was running it regularly, and it barely picks anything up. Used the mop once it was was basically a waste of time. Definitely regret the purchase and it appears I am stuck with it at this point
