I love this thing. We have 3 dogs and for the first time ever, my floors are consistently clean. It mapped all my rooms with no problem and navigates the floor transitions between rooms without a hitch. Its never gotten stuck. The scheduling feature is wonderful. I set it before i leave for work in the morning and come home to clean floors! The mopping feature also works well, although it only advises to use distilled water. I usually spray my mopping solution on the floor of the room its mopping so avoid putting the solution into the vacuum.

Vacuum and mop very good. Works perfect, specially that I have 2 dogs and help me keep my floors clean

The mapping is right on track and performance is great! Floors and carpeted rooms have never been cleaner.

I was so excited to set up my Ultravision and was thoroughly impressed with its first run! I thought it would take a while, so I started with just a map of my whole home. Later, when I actually started the first run, I was amazed at how quickly it completed cleaning the whole house! The navigation is amazing; it stopped right before running into something. The app also has many useful features, like setting up boundaries or cleaning a certain spot or a specific room. Overall, I'm very impressed with my Ultravision, and this was a wonderful addition to my home!

Easy to setup. Does a good job at sweeping. software is a little tricky and sometimes ignores "no-sweep" zones I setup. At $700 off though was a very good value.

It definitely has made it so I vacuum a lot less . I was able to score this on sale for 300 so definitely worth it at that price . It doesn’t get all my pet hair but pretty close and keeps dander to a minimum

This is just an average cleaning bot, not a $1000 flagship unit they're claiming. Got BoB here to replace a Roomba e5 that quit after IDK how many years. Picked this up for a bit over 300 with tax, if I'd payed full price, I'd be severely disappointed. Cleaning... On par with the Roomba, even though BoB has only one brush/roller vs Roomba's dual roller setup. Never tried BoB's mopping function. Mapping is decent but BoB is pretty dumb, like instead of going back and forth down a hallway lengthwise, he goes side to side in 2 foot increments. He also has trouble with the slightest of thresholds, something the Roomba rolled right over. He usually keeps trying though and makes it past. Now lets get to edge detection, if you have a flight of stairs he could fall down I'd look elsewhere because I have one step down to my back door and he's fallen off the cliff 3 times. For some strange reason edge detection in the app is set to off by default, be sure to turn it on when setting it up. I did have it on and yes the sensor was clean but he still went over the edge 3 times so far. Maintenance... the self emptying station works well and the bag is not even half full after 9 months so that's good. The included hair cutter/cleaning tool works good but hair still gets wrapped around the center shaft at the ends and that gets pretty tricky to remove. Side brush is stupidly difficult to get off, the Roomba had one screw, this thing requires some serious effort with a screwdriver, a tiny precision screwdriver works best to pry under the rubbery plastic and pop it off. The caster wheel is also a PITA, requires the removal of two teeny tiny screws to get the wheel cage off for cleaning. The Roomba just popped out. So all in all, it's just okay, an average cleaning bot that does a decent job vacuuming. I'd say it's worth what I paid for it but I'm sure there's better deals out there.

Its an excellent product, cleans my entire house and battery life is amazing.

Thing works as well as the current tech and models that are out there. Seriously, people, this isn't a vacuum that is like a normal standup you operate. Its great for maintaining thats it. For some of the comments... please educate yourself on how it works... there is a slight learning curve to use it effectively. Plus.. it isn’t a dry mop and no it doesnt do stairs plus noise etc... For those people. .. buy a regular vacuum as this isn't for you.

I have loved and been fascinated by his ability to map the house accurately. I had a few issues learning to use the app to get started, but i got great help from some from some girls. The helpline they helped me with all of my issues, and I was so grateful to them. I followed Bob through the house. The first couple of rounds, and he flawlessly follow the map, the rest the cleaning process. You can even ask him to do just a certain room. Or avoid certain areas by blocking it out on the maps app. My husband also loves it. I recommend it highly.

I really regret buying this vacuum! I wanted a robot that could both vacuum and mop, and after a lot of research, I was particularly focused on finding one that could avoid obstacles. Despite the so-called “object detection” and “edge detection” features (which mean the camera is constantly on), the robot doesn’t detect anything properly! I don’t mind it bumping into walls and edges over and over, but what really frustrates me is how it drags anything in its path all over the house. Even if I block a specific area on the map to avoid, it completely ignores it and goes straight through. I’ve had to skip entire rooms just to stop it from making a mess. Also, the robot is supposed to empty its trash into a bin after every cleaning. It makes a lot of noise like it’s doing something, but the trash stays right inside. I’ve had to manually clean the bin at least 10 times now. Overall, it’s just not worth it. I originally wanted to buy an iRobot, but I accidentally ordered the vacuum-only version. Then my husband suggested this one, but it’s been such a disappointment. Don’t get me wrong, it does vacuum (we mostly have hard floors, so I can’t comment on how it performs on carpet—since I vacuum those manually with my Dyson to avoid this robot accidentally deciding to “mop” them). It also mops fairly well, but I spray the entire floor with cleaning solution instead of adding it inside the vacuum. This way, I give it more wet area to clean properly. However, the issues with object avoidance and trash disposal still make it a frustrating purchase. Too late to return, unfortunately :(

We have a toddler and lots of hard to reach places like under the couch and under the TV console and Bob (our nickname for him) gets all the areas and more. I love how it features so many options to customize settings to fits each household. Thank you Bob!

This robot vacuum is really good at its job. The day we got it we were surprised with all its features and functionality. The app to control its not the best in the world but it gets the job done. We have a golden retriever and he sheds a lot we use to vacuum 2 to 3 times a day because if not our house would look like the Wild West with his hairs rolling around, but ever since we got the robot vacuum we only vacuum once every 2 to 3 days to get the things the vacuum can’t get like some of the corners of our house. Some people say that it gets stuck easily, but thats far from the truth mine has only gotten stuck on some xmas decorations we have around the house and that’s because they have like strings coming out that the vacuum picks up and tangles its self on it but we used some of the features of the map and we were able to get the vacuum to not get near them and problem solved.

I've been using about 6-7 months now and it's been great. I have done minimal maintenance, and still using all the original parts, other than a bag change. It moves pretty fast, and the suction is more than enough. I have a cat and it picks up the hairs with no problem. There's a gap between the dining room and kitchen that most robot vacuums I've had in the past have struggled to get past, and this one struggles the least over all the others.

I have a very hairy dog, and "Bobby" handels the hair with ease. With back issues. I found it extremely difficult to use a conventional vacuum.

Overall as a vacuum/mop this thing does the job nicely. When it comes to the front camera noticing low objects, cords, clothes, etc, I have noticed it to be pretty terrible, most of the time driving right over things and getting stuck. This was with the feature specifically turned on in the app as well. Other than that this thing is solid as I said. The app is not the best ui wise but has it has the functions it needs to. I did get this thing on a crazy discount which made it more worth it.

From reading all the reviews I had higher hopes for this vacuum. The suction is great but it seems to get clogged very often and I have to constantly reset the map.
