Love it- wish the bag was easier to reuse but I’ve been able to empty it over the garbage

I’ll love it , easy app and good robot . I can tell because I had other brands before and they were not near this good one.

This was very good at mapping and vacuuming. The issue is the darn thing would not go back to its base to recharge meaning I had to pick it up daily.... Also its app started locking up sending the units into a loop. These guys are on the right track but it needs to "just work". No there yet.

It does a good job. I wish the quality of the actual vacuum was a litter bit sturdier.

Actually pretty dissatisfied and disappointed with this not so cheap vacuum. I like the app and mapping feature but the functionality is sub par. I have to follow it with my old vacuum because it misses so much. And pet hair? On a low pile rug? Forget it. Spent a few hundred dollars on this thing, missed my return window and now back in the market for a vacuum that actually works like it should. Bummed.

Oh how much I love this!!! This is amazing and clean really good I love to downloaded on my phone and set schedule and also sweep and mop at same time.. Love it!!!

Is good device , has some small issue for mapping but still way better than other brands

I like it about i can turn on from anywhere and i can schedule anytime.

The setup and app are easy to use and customer friendly. Mapping feature and vacuum work amazing, the reason for my 2 star rating is that I’ve had it less than 30 days and I’m already having issues with it. The spinning brush is not working, we’ve followed all of the troubleshooting instructions and it’s still not working. We’ll probably look to exchange it out.

Buy it! Do not hesitate! So refreshing to come home to a freshly mopped floor! If I can program it & figure it out, you can too! I caught this on sale and it was well worth it!!

This is the best unit available right now! The Lidar and home mapping is unmatched.

It is a great addition, i wirk all day and am ill, and this really helps jrep my home maintained until I can get the time to clean.

Works great. I've never used the mop function because you have to swap out a part but the vacuum is very good at what it does.

Does what it says - no complaints Nice to not have the pet hair gathering along the edges of the floor - easy setup

Great vacuum with good functions and capabilities. Battery life needs work but not horrible.

I got this to save some time, but it seems like I have to go back and vacuum the floor all over again cause it doesn’t work as well as I thought it would and it make noise when it’s working
