purchased for my daughter in law who has 2 dogs and she absolutely loves it!

Started out working well, at least the vacuum portion but has gotten to the point that it’s useless to even run it because it just pushes dirt around. I’ve done everything, cleaned out the bin, de tangled the roller almost daily when I was running it regularly, and it barely picks anything up. Used the mop once it was was basically a waste of time. Definitely regret the purchase and it appears I am stuck with it at this point

I only bought this because it was on sale for a good price and I thought for a $1200 vacuum it’s gotta be great. I was totally frustrated with my shark going off of the step and running over dog toys and getting stuck. This one’s not supposed to do either. It’s worse than my shark. If I hadn’t already of thrown a box away, I’d be returning.

The amount of time I spend resetting and re-doing the map configuration has made it not a worthwhile purchase to me. I can’t recommend this model to anyone. It gets lost constantly and won’t recover on its own. It complains about its sensors being dirty when its only job is to clean dirt? The medium and high settings are very loud. The low setting can’t pick up anything. It’s supposed to be object-aware and avoid obstacles but it runs into everything, every single time, despite it having built a map of the area. The map will randomly crash such that you have to rebuild it, meaning you have to let it run through areas you previously designated off-limits, then reprogram those areas to your liking. It runs over everything, drags cords, and even got lost while connected to its base numerous times. The mopping functionality is completely useless unless you’re satisfied with simply making the floor wet, at the conclusion of which you’ll have spent an hour filling, draining and drying the reservoir. It’s so bad at its job that I want to feel sorry for it but they forgot to give it any cute or humanizing features. The poor thing just spins in circles sometimes and then you have to start all over in programming the map. It’s surprisingly powerful and the battery life is more than sufficient but the flaws in the basic programming and general lack of autonomy of the thing makes it a waste of time and money. bObvision please fix this stupid thing.

Where do I even begin with this review? From the moment I unboxed this product, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I picked it up on sale for $300 and thought I was getting a great deal—what a steal, right? Unfortunately, that excitement quickly turned into regret. Right out of the gate, the robot vacuum had major issues returning to its base station. I made sure the software was fully updated, and for context, I’m not new to these devices—I’ve owned various robot vacuums over the last 15 years and consider myself pretty tech-savvy. Despite that, I spent over three hours trying to troubleshoot the issues, hoping I could get it to work properly. No luck. The vacuum would leave the base, but instead of mapping and cleaning the house, it would scan only about a quarter of a single room before getting confused. When it came time to return to the base, it simply couldn’t do it. The error message consistently said the base was offline, even though everything was set up correctly. After exhausting all possible solutions, I had no choice but to give up and return it. Save yourself the headache, the time, and the hassle—look elsewhere. This product simply isn't ready for prime time.

Refurned because my mother didn’t feel like learning how ro use it. Old people, what can you do?

This is a good robot. Just 3 stars because there is still a lot to improve.

It works great on hard wood floors. It is loud needs to be made quieter.
