Does an ok job on hardwood floors but not on carpet. I always have to go back and vacuum my carpets afterwards and my Dyson still picks up a lot of stuff left behind by the Bobsweep.

Overall an average robot vacuum. When it works its works well. However, my unit kept giving me problems unable to load the map or find the room. The biggest issue is the lack of features in the app. The app is very lackluster compared to its competitors. Its poorly designed and lack lots of features. The only good thing about this vacuum is the focus on privacy. Lastly PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT PURCHASE THIS AT FULL PRICE. In no way is this vaccum worth more than $250 at best $300.

I’m upset that I wasn’t able to set it up and try it before the return window was over. Got it for a great deal and should have known it was too good to be true. The app is not user friendly. Now full disclosure I’m used to the app for my Shark model. I just loved being able to have the mop option. Neither the mop option on this nor the vacuum are any good. Will take this as a loss and save up for the Shark version.

This thing is absolutely horrible… I now know why this thing was $300 instead of its original $1,200 price tag. After multiple tries, it still can’t seem to fully map my house. As it scoots around, it will tend to push some of the dirt into certain areas of the house. When you set how many times you want it to dump in its dump station, it NEVER goes to dump. That was one of the reasons why I got it. I’m a disabled veteran and I can’t bend over to pick it up and dump it every time it’s full. And finally, when I put it on the station and use the app to dump it, half the time it doesn’t dump it! This was a waste of my money….

Unfortunately, I can’t say I was impressed with it. While it had the potential to be convenient, it fell short in almost every way. It often stopped cleaning prematurely, even when fully charged, deciding to return to its dock instead of completing the areas it was supposed to cover. I also had to frequently get up to assist it, which defeated the purpose of having a “smart” and autonomous device. It struggled with basic navigation and seemed unreliable overall. If you’re looking for a hands-off solution, this model is not it. It might work for very light cleaning needs, but overall, it’s not worth the hassle.

We've only used it twice, but it seems to do a thorough job.
