Product isn’t what I was expecting. It never fully connects to WiFi so the schedule I have it on doesn’t ever work automatically. Also when it docks, the suction to get the dirt out doesn’t ever fully get all of it out and I end up having to do it myself. Don’t really recommend.

Absolute junk. 2 weeks after running it and it just says “offline”. Can’t do anything in the app and gives no option to simply reset. Customer service is unreachable. Beware!!!!!

I have been using the Ultravision for a couple of days in a home with a toddler and a dog that sheds a lot. Keeping up with pet hair and daily messes can be challenging, but this vacuum has proven to be a reliable and efficient cleaning companion. It picks up dirt, dust, and pet hair, while the fast mapping ensures thorough coverage of each room. The quiet operation is a plus, allowing it to run without disturbing naps or daily activities. It is only loud when it empties the dustbin, but we configured it to do so manually. It offers convenient features like app and voice control, self-charging, and a long battery life, making it easy to integrate into a busy household. The mop function works okay for light cleaning but isn’t a full replacement for deeper mopping. The vacuum navigates well, avoiding furniture and obstacles without getting stuck. However, it does have occasional navigation hiccups, and the small dustbin requires frequent emptying, especially with a shedding pet. The initial setup can be a bit tricky, but once configured, it runs smoothly. Overall, despite a few minor drawbacks, the Ultravision is a solid investment for anyone looking to automate their cleaning routine, especially in a household with pets and young children. Definitely worth it!!!!!

Do NOT buy. 1st… it pair with cell phones, wnd we’ve tried mutile cell phones AND myltiple internet devices. 2nd, it does clean solid floors “okay.” I found kyself following it and still picking up small particles after. LASTSLY, it DOES NOT clean carpeting at all. Ultimately, it may be cheaper, AND, clearly, you get what you pay for. Wr sre totally goign to return this piece of crap.

This is a good product with alot of uodated features! However if you have pets and pet hair this is NOT for you! The hair gets stuck in the conrainer and you have to dig it our manually.

Not cleaning the even small dirt particle, by the time we open the box the return window closed,so unable to return.

I have had it for less than a year, stopped charging 3 months ago

Stopped working after 5 months. It started with not cleaning making loud noise, then to say sensor error and finally not charging to not turning on at all.

I work harder than the vacuum! It’s constantly getting errors. I really needed my life to be a little easier, now I have an expensive vacuum that causes more problems than it worth and I’m 3 days past return. I’m so frustrated with this purchase! I’ve had several robot vacuums and this one takes the cake for the worst!

When the camera function is on, the robot has no clue where it is and runs into a "localization error". Bump mode works good. Other than the camera function being usless, the robot is just alright.

The device is not working as expected. The smart sensor does not recognize some of the objects on the rooms and constantly getting caught

I bought 3 of these. 1 immediately we noticed had technical problems so returned it. The other 2 appeared to be doing the job but we noticed over time the floors were getting more and more brown, they were literally just mixing dirt with water and spreading dirty water over the floor which over time turned our white floors brown.

Barley worked I wanted it to handle my living room and kitchen and it seemed like it skipped a lot of the room

Look up the reviews on the apple app store. 3.5. The app is horrible. The device can not update properly, the app itself is horrible. I think it’s interesting for such an expensive vacuum how you have to actually manually change out the water for the mop function. There are so many competitors where the vacum cleans the mop for you automatically with wash tanks. This product is not worth anywhere near close to $1000. I can’t wait to return this garbage.

It didn’t meet my needs I was expecting more, but it didn’t work for me

It was good for the first week. Now, the battery won’t stay charged or really charge and does not clean well..

It would not work because our internet was to fast.

This unit when mopping leaves streaks and really has a hard time navigating individual room jobs.
