So far we love our new Ultravision vacuum. It was easy to set up, does a great job vacuuming and the self emptying is a game changer! We have not used the mop function yet but are excited to do so. Compared to our old robo-vacuum, we notice it cleans better and quicker, is much quieter, and doesn't run in to walls or objects. It's a little loud when self emptying but that's to be expected.

My son talked me into this robot, and I can say happy he did. It does a good job and has plenty of juice. It takes 60 minutes to do my main floor and still could do more. I like being able to schedule, the auto empty, and able to pick room and not hsve to do the whole house. The app is ok. The last upgrade made it better. The negative is the mopping. It is ok, but you have to create no mop zones. I did my some issues, but they have excellent customer service that quickly answered my questions.

I have had bad experiences in the past with other robot vacuums. This has changed my mind. It has been running 5 days a week since I received the unit. Set up was a breeze unlike previous experiences. The learning ability for the mapping software is fantastic. the first few runs and the unit found spots to get stuck in. Every subsequent run, it has avoided those locations. The software updating me to its current condition is nice too. I was able to know before I got home that I would have to find the unit and help free it. The floors look great, carpet feels nice after. The run time is perfectly acceptable, just under an hour for 600 ish feet of cleaning area. Drawbacks, if you want them for consideration- the unit is tall, the height of the unit and the knob on the top prevent it from being able to get under furniture such as a sofa or a bed. Normally not an issue but I have kids that find ways to make messes everywhere. The tank size for water is a bit small but that is personal preference and it makes sense for the size of the unit. The majority of my floor is tile and the tank will hold enough water for roughly 2 cleaning cycles.

I have never had one of these before, I was hesitant since we don't exactly have a large house, but with my wife and I getting older, I thought it might be worth a shot. Got a great price for it and while there were a few hiccups during mapping it was probably my fault. The App was easy to install and connect to the device. I was also worried my very skittish kitty would be freaking out, but the robot is whisper quiet and doesn't seem to bother the cat. I use it to clean the 1st floor about 3 times a week, including using the mop function in the kitchen. Very Happy so far.

This is amazing technology. It's such a pleasure to not have to have a vacuum in my hand ever again. I love everything about the little guy. It's ability to clean, maneuver and show on its map every bit of floor it has cleaned. It is also able to handle three maps so you will never run out of instruction areas. The base station has an unbelievable suction built in that empties the robot in seconds. The base station bag lasts through multiple cleanings and is only changed every few months. It's a wonderful addition to any home or apartment.

This has been one of the best purchases I’ve made recently. I am a mom to 3 kids and a dog. I would spend 30+ minutes vacuuming every day, but now, I have Chippy set to run every day instead. It takes about 1.5 hours to complete a cycle (we have about 2,000 sq ft downstairs). It is absolutely time saving and so convenient. I Iove the mop feature too. It is easy to use. I feel like this vacuum/mop gets under and around most things with ease. I love it so much that I bought another one for our upstairs. Though it is easy to move, I prefer setting the schedule and not thinking about it. I love the self-empty feature too and that it empties into a bag so that I won’t have a bunch of dust all over the place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

The suction is exceptional. I went from a shark to this and the detection is impeccable. One time me shark ran over a dog accident and spread it throughout the house. This won’t do that. It literally avoids everything. Great vacuum. The mop is standard and if you need one for thee mopping this does work ok, could be better, but I prefer this to get all my loose particles so I can mop myself

We've only had this robot vacuum for less than a week, and we're already blown away. It managed to map out our entire house in just two cleaning sessions. On the second day, we decided to test out the mopping feature, and it did a pretty good job - although it couldn't tackle really tough stains. It's gone from being just a simple vacuum to a versatile cleaning buddy, making chores a breeze. Now we can just sit back and focus on other things.

I Love My Bobsweep. It is amazing and even works with my dog's hair as well. The self-emptying feature is great as well and the fact it washes my floors and maps it perfectly to avoid rugs great as well. I highly recommend Bobsweep to all.

The vacuum works really well but has experienced a few issues that I feel could be addressed with a software update. It has lost its map completely two times since we have set it up, about 8 weeks, and I wish it sent a notification when it runs out of water while mopping. The mopping function works very well but it doesnt love to be moved around to attach the pad and fill the water. Please work on the software to only mop when it still has water. Other than the aboce, Bob is very legit. Runs well and navigates around most onjects perfectly while leaving almost nothing unswept.

Bobsweep ultravision does an amazing job of sweeping and mopping under items that most people can't. For instance, sweeping under beds and large furniture. Once you get the map set up, it is easy to let the machine do all the work.

Picked this robot vacuum up on a daily deal so it was about 1/4 the regular price. Even for the discounted price it doesn’t work very well. The Good: Mapping, Object Avoidance, Runtime, Noise Level. The Bad: Suction. We have mostly hardwood floors in the house with 2 medium pile carpeted rooms. I’ve used low, medium, and high suction across several different scheduled cleans. On hardwood it leaves around 75% of the debris on the floor. Our floors look almost identical pre and post vacuuming. It mostly just flings things around with the side brush. On carpet it leaves around 95% off debris. I’ve only owned the unit for a few days, but I’ve run it multiple times a day on all the different modes to test. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend it at full price, and it would honestly be hard to recommend even on sale.

Great product at a great price. And I can't believe how much dirt the Bobsweep has picked up from what looks like a clean floor. Easy set up too.

After visiting our daughter and son in law who own a robot vacuum, we decided to look into purchasing one for our home. We have been very happy with purchases from Best Buy and purchased the Bobsweep Ultravision. We are extremely impressed with this product and how thorough it cleans. We have told several friends in our neighborhood about the Bobsweep, and they have purchased them as well. We would highly recommend this product as well as Best Buy for excellent service.

This little vacuum is so cool, it mapped my house perfectly. It does a very good job of missing random things, it does however, try to go over some of the lower cat trees in my house. I have not used the mop feature yet as it’s not something that I really bought it for, I got it to pick up pet hair from underneath couches and chairs in areas that I can’t reach. Overall, I love using this daily and highly recommend it.

I absolutely love the ultra vision! It vacuums very well! Cleans every inch! Doesn’t get stuck on silly things that I leave out. Doesn’t run into furniture. Cleans itself by emptying out the dust it collects into the disposable vacuum bag. Haven’t had a chance to try the mop feature just yet but by far my favorite vacuum I have had thus far! Seems to pick up everything!

I am very impressed with my Ultravision. It is loaded with high end features many of which I did not know about but now I truly appreciate them. For me Ultravision has set the standard for this and I look forward to future upgrades and products from them. This is a great product which I highly recommend.

"Willie" (bObsweep - UltraVision) has been a blessing to our home. He is without a doubt the best cleaning self-empty Robot I've ever purchased. This was a Christmas gift for my wife, and she calls is the "Best Christmas gift she's ever received. Now, she isn't the best blue tooth/phone savvy user out there, but even she had no problem setting up "Willie" to her phone and scheduling him on a daily basis. We have a Corgi as our pet, and he sheds like no other dog we've ever had, so to come home every day and NOT see small, short hairs all over the house is a blessing, and he doesn't even try to attach "Willie" like he would a regular vacuum. We have carpet and hardwood floors throughout our home, and he does great on both. Highly recommend the "bObsweep" Ultravision Robot.

Generally very pleased with this vacuum. Our previous robovac was a Shark which became very problematic. Hopefully this one lasts.
