We finally jumped on the auto vacuum and couldn’t be more pleased! We run this daily through the entire house and it’s made a bog difference. We have a heavy memory foam bed so cleaning under the bed was a challenge, now it is vacuumed daily. I would definitely recommend this product. We have not tried the mop feature but pulled up area rugs, ran the vacuum and then steam mopped with another unit and am happy with those results

Um not there! Missing two screws at the bottom!! Which may just be an off one thing. Scratch our floors. But let’s talk about the bigger elephant. How do you have vision in your name but no detect?! Mapping was great but it will not detect anything! Suction was great! But it will not detect anything. No pattern to vacuuming and I found areas untouched with the mop and vacuum. I get that it was on sale but if someone bought this for the original price…. Dang they got suckered. Returned! Spend a little more and getter better quality vs blind vacuuming with 180 bag

I traded in my Roomba 7 for this. The BoB seems to map my house better and has great suction. However, it gets caught up on any and every cord, shoe lace, or whatever else is on the floor in my house. I caught it on sale but I would send it back if I’d paid any more for it.

This is the best robot vacuum/mop. Easy to program and run and does a good job!

Did a great job mapping out the floor and then cleaning the entire area. I have not tried the mop feature yet and will let you know how it does mopping. I have tile floor and it moves easily across the floor. Only thing I can say that is not a negative but something to point out is when it self cleans and empties into the bag, it sound like a jet plane taking off, very loud.

This is my 5th robot vacuum cleaner and so far it’s proving to be the best of the best! It arrived on June 6th and I immediately got it set up (very easy). It’s been trouble-free, just does it's job and return to base to charge. My previous vacuums were always giving error messages, demanding this be cleaned or that be changed. I was constantly searching the house for them, taking them apart to clean and replace things. Not the bObsweep! It’s gotten stuck one time on a small throw rug. It has yet to tell me it needs my attention. I LOVE it!!! And I was so lucky to have discovered it on sale at Best Buy for a great price during a limited sale!

The Bobsweep Ultravision is my first robot vacuum. Been wanting to have one but I did not want to splurge a fortune for it but also did not want to settle for a cheap version. Until I saw a good deal on BestBuy for the Bobsweep Ultravision. And boy, i was so glad I purchased it. It exceeded my expectation. It did a good job in vacuuming my 1800+ sqft single story home. It transitioned smoothy from my hardwood in my living room amd kitchen to the carpets in the bedrooms. It pairs well with thw app on my phone and i can make it clean my house before coming home. Highly recommended.

Its a good machine. The only thing that i dont like is that it gets clogged and it wont dump it self. I bought it because I have 4 cats. I wanted it so it can help pick up the cat hair ,it works well but it gets clogged. I manually have to clean it or unclogged it every time i use it.

When I first ran the vacuum, I was impressed with how quiet it was and it felt solid (my previous one had rattles so this was a positive change). However, once it started cleaning the house regularly, I noticed more and more faults appearing. Here's a summary of them: 1. The robot seems to follow a random pattern when cleaning the floor. My previous robot would start with the perimeter, then clean inside the perimeter, and once done, would move on. This robot seems to do the perimeter, then randomly clean inside of it, leave, come back, do some more cleaning, and sometimes return for the third time. 2. No feedback when it's stuck - whenever the robot got stuck, it never announced it, even though I had Mute turned off. It also never sent me a notification so oftentimes, it would get stuck and nobody knew about it for hours. 3. Speaking of getting stuck, it would sometimes get trapped in a corner, unable to exit it, even though there was plenty of room for it to do so. Today, for instance, it got stuck in a corner so after about 10 minutes I physically repositioned it in a different part of the room, only for it to return to that corner and get stuck again. I then moved it outside the corner and put a physical barrier so it wouldn't be able to reach the corner. It then constantly tried to go into the corner. I ended up removing it from the room and closing the door. 4. Sensor malfunction - almost every day we would find the robot upside down in the family room, where it fell off the step between the living room and the dining room. As per my previous mention, it never notified us that it had stopped working so we only found out about it much later. 5. Dust bin doesn't get emptied - it was only on the last day, before returning the vacuum to the store, when I vacuumed the wheel well and pointed the vacuum toward the dust bin, that a huge amount of debris got sucked into the handheld vacuum from the dust bin. At this point, it dawned on me why the vacuum was doing a good job picking up dirt (the dustbin was mostly full) and the dust bag in the big container wasn't filling up.

I purchased this bOBsweep Ultravision at a great price and am so happy I did. I have used it a few times now and it does an excellent job vacuuming my 2000 square foot home. I especially love the self-emptying feature and highly recommend it.

I love this robot vaccuum! The 8000 Pa Suction is FANTASTIC and unlike our previous robot vaccuum, it doesn't get caught on our carpet & rugs! It does a great job getting all of the dirt and little particles off of the floor - and trust me, I'm a stickler about feeling tiny crumbs on my feet. This is the best robot vaccuum purchase! PS - we've named him bobBarian lol

It does an excellent job in cleaning the home. The only drawback is sometimes it get struck and battery drains quickly

This is so good, used it full on today, way better than the pet ultrvision. Picks up all pet hair, only got stuck once and was able to maneuver around ovstacles climb throw rugs and carpet emptied itself , it knew when it was time to charge, has great speed not to loud very very efficient. I am blown awayvat how great this one is compared to my other one. The other one is good but this is great. Highly recommended especially if you have pets.

I switched to this vacuum from a roomba as the roomba kept crashing into my baseboards and marking them up. I like that you can control the suction power and it's much more quite than the roomba. I would buy again AAA+++

The bObsweep Ultravision has impressed us after upgrading from a 6 year old iRobot. The mapping capability which allows for room and spot cleaning is a game changer. The unit itself is so much quieter than our old vacuum and the self-empty feature makes it very convenient. The mop feature works better than I expected and the app works well once your learn how it works.

Wonderful vacuum. Does an excellent job. I love that I can use the app to set a schedule. The app is fairly easy to use and allows you to create no vacuum or no mopping zones. I have it 4 stars because the mopping function does not work quite as well as the vacuum function.

Decided to pull the trigger when I saw that it was on sale and let me just tell you. this thing is awesome. We just all new hardwood floors throughout the house and this thing does a remarkable job. We run it about twice a day and what a burden off our shoulders to keep up with it. well worth it

Amazing vacuum from the app to the vacuum mop mode would buy another one in a heartbeat for friends and family no need to hire cleaners or vacuum myself ever works great and as scheduled when set its a no brainer for every home I am a techy guy and read everything if you read a bad comment its false cause I can tell you how amazing this product is!!!!!!
