Could’ve been such a great robot vacuum

Aftera year of owning it, I have to say it’s not worth the price tag. The app sucks, customer service doesn’t help and did I mention, the app sucks? I can’t get my app to update the software. I continuously have a timeout issue. I can’t get the app to update the rooms, I continuously have a timeout issue. I can’t get the app to update the mop map, because you guessed it, the app times out. I would not recommend this vacuum due to the software issues you will have down the road. It works great at first, until it doesn’t. For the price, there are absolutely better options I bout mine for $300 on sale, that’s about what it’s worth. Do not regret this purchase later down the road.

Wish I bought sooner

As a working mom with two dogs it has really decreased my stress as vacuuming is the task I had to do most frequently. If you are debating buying one, I would say go for it!
