    Our first robot vacuum. Very good at vacuuming pet hair and messes around the around. The B0bsweep app is very easy to use.

    I really wanted to like this robot vacuum, but it’s been disappointing. It often gets stuck on carpets and furniture, misses corners, and the mapping system is very inconsistent. The suction power is okay, but definitely not enough for pet hair. Not worth the price.

    Started out okay. After a few months of use it has become unusable. The robot gets easily confused; errors occur where the scanned map layout of your home erases from the robots memory and has to be rescanned. Object detection is not a thing with this device. gets easily clogged. Has to be cleaned out daily. 100 percent regret this purchase.

    Design is good. Trash would get jammed so easily and a cleaning is needed every single time. Mop is a big failure because it doesn't set automatically where mob is needed and where it is not. App is not that great to operate. This version of Bobsweep seems to be a failure.

    Great vaccuum but app could be better. Also disappointed that there is no matter firmware update in roadmap. This is surprising considering that is one of their flagship products.

    I’m not satisfied with this robo vacuum. My home has about 1,000 sq. ft. of tiled flooring, and even with a full charge, the battery lasts only around 10–15 minutes. The mopping feature is also disappointing — it doesn’t clean the sides properly and covers only about 60–70% of the area. Overall, I feel this was a poor purchase and not worth the money.
