Main brush alway got trouble. Self empty not working at all , i have to clean it every day

I am returning this device. It fell down the stairs multiple times and misses areas when vacuuming. I also don't like the fact that I can only select one room to vacuum at a time when doing quick clean.

Incorrect description on line . It says bug less- not true. I would return it

worst purchase we ever made. will not pick up sand. has never emptied and thus clogged the sweep. we live in a sandy area with 3 dogs and a cat that clogs up the sweep bar had for just over a month and the vacuum bag is still empty. this is a definite no buy warning.

I had high hopes for this vacuum. It constantly gets clogged with pet hair and doesn't empty into the canister, I have to empty it daily. It still runs but doesn't really vacuum anymore, wish I would have been able to return.

We had high expectations for the bobsweep but as soon as we got it started it was an epic failure. Did not vacuum well. Battery time was horrible. Does not check any boxes one of the worst purchases i have ever made i wish i could give it 0 stars

Trash just get a roomba like I wished I did. The mapping and app could be alot better. It’s cheaper version like the Ihome that have a better system then this and cost less.

Poor thing kept getting stuck and couldn't navigate the room. Kept telling me the vac brushes kept getting dirty, yet they weren't. Lost connection to wifi and haven't been able to reconnect. One issue after another. All that of that after 2 weeks of use.

Terrible. Don’t fall for price cut. A $200 roomba is way better. Need to run it multiple times to get a decent clean. Not a great clean, not a good clean… Material feels cheap. Just an all around bad buy.

Not working is Grande problem not working work for me

Water bin clogged. Only owned it a few months. No instructions on how to clean. Don't waste your money. You get what you pay for.

Had it for a month and the main brush motor took a crap. Now, I have to deal with sending the unit in for warranty work.

Terrible for the cost, ultimately bad mapping for the price point, is not able to clean both carpet and floors at the same time

Biggest piece of mud pie... the conection is horrible the brushes always clocked . The mopping feature is a joke what waste of money.

Gets easily hung up. Doesn’t understand borders. Clif sensing doesn’t work. Frankly, it does a bad job all around. There really is nothing good about this. They charge $1200 and then drop it down to 200 to fool you. I was fooled.

I tried to switch to bobo and have had issues with it since i miss my shark and i will be returning this one soon! The robot gets stuck often doesnt go to all the areas and has issues all round

I bought this vacuum one month ago and I think the motor is going bad. I have regularly cleaned it, and now it makes a terrible whining sound when cleaning.

LiDar trouble! It won’t create a map, clean the entire floor, or return to the dock. I’m extremely disappointed. It’s been less than a month since delivery, but I’m no longer eligible for a return.

This thing can't perform Ducking. No matter what u do,it wont ducked! After only 1 month im sending it back to be fixed

Dock doesn’t charge. I have a defective product. Waiting on replacement update when received product.
