Easy to set up and use and does a fantastic job of vacuuming. The mopping option is a very convenient option as well! We love this unit.

it is a great product I just loved it, its been 3months now working great it has great sensors even of change the charging dock it finds itself .

First off, the thing is faster moving than my other smart vacuums. It does a really good job with pet hair. Where the thing has issues is that it keeps stopping and giving a Trouble: side brushes alert. When I push GO on my app, it just resumes and after starting again a while later it does it again. There isn't ever anything in it or wrong with the side brushes. I went to the troubleshooting tips and went through all the steps to fix this, nothing has worked. With this thing being $1100. I expect the darn thing to work better than my vacuums that were $350. Would I buy it again? No, am I stuck with it because I spent all this time trying to figure out what was wrong that I missed the return window. I would give it zero stars if it actually didn't clean well, but it does. I just have to keep my app open and press Go when it gives me the error.

What a time saver! Great machine cleans the floors in no time, while I can do other household chores. Adjusts from hard floor to carpeting without a glitch.

This thing is amazing and it will even go on the thick rugs and keep going unlike other ones we have had. Very easy to use and the price was even better!

Only using on hardwood. So far so good. Gets close to walls without running into them. Have not used the mop feature at this point. Scheduled to run daily. Really helps with dogs and kids. Would recommend.

With lot of doubt I have purchased the product, it is not disappointed for sure. From day 1 I started using each day I use it never disappoints and enjoy the time I saved with activities

It was great at first but then the object detection is horrible. It bumps into everything and to you if your in the way. Then turns around in circles and gets stuck easily.

It works so well that I bought a second one. Stair sensor also most works, and fortunately it creates a map of where the stairs are and can be told to avoid them.

The bObsweep works pretty well. I like how I can control it via my phone and it maps out the floor plan of the home pretty well. I have a large shag area rug in the family room and for the most part it recognizes it and sweeps around it. however the last couple of times, it went over it and got stuck.

I absolutely love this vacuum! With two long haired cats, it has helped tremendously.

We have carpet, tile, hardwood floors, and three cats. The bObsweep does a great job. Unlike the Roomba we owned the cat hair doesn't clog the bursh.

I decided to upgrade from my previous base model of another brand and i am IMPRESSED! 5 stars - easy to use, excellent clean and quality! Would recommend!
