Great product! The retail price steered me away but when it went on sale similar to the other well known brands. I gave it a shot and ended up returning the other name brand robot vacuum.

I been using this product for a while now and i must say it been keeping my floors clean. Mopping the floor good

The unit needs constant maintenance and to take care of it is not very user friendly. The dustbin is constantly clogging, also experienced an issue with main unit getting clogged and having to unscrew everything to clear it. The rollers seem to trap hair in them instead of passing it into the dustbin. The mapping and setting up no go or no mop zone was very easy. But after creating a map and setting up rooms the system would break up rooms, and create a new map. So scheduled cleanings would skip parts of rooms. Had to keep reloading a saved map to restore settings.

The best vacuum/mop i’ve ever had. Does an amazing job!

I like my Bob. I never use hom to mop yet but he sweeps well so far. Need to figure out how tto empty the trash tank.

I bought this to be a Christmas gift on a deal of the day… but after researching it I returned it because of the reviews. I returned it a few days after receiving it. I personally use a Roomba S9 and I’m totally spoiled by it. Too bad they discontinued it

Did not enjoy this robot vacuum. It leaves hairballs all over the place after it vacuums. Picks up little crumbs but not long dog hair. I have to clean the bottom brush/bristles out atleast once a week and it still does not suck up all the hair. Not long hair dog friendly.

Works great. The self empty doesn’t do nearly as much as it should. Even with the advanced louder empty, it won’t get it all out. The edge detection could use a little tweaking to make it more sensitive and not hit stuff. I wish i could control it myself as well. I’d like to physically draw places to avoid, as it stands, you crop out blocks on the map.

Working on schedule and does a good job guiding itself through the process.

Love this robot vac. Works great and is actually pretty quiet.

Keeps the husky hair off my floors. The first day it got clogged but it was shedding season. I cleared the hair and it works like a charm now. Not a big fan of the mopping floors are still dirty. You still have to mop with cleaning products.

It works great, it picks up my dog hair very well. And a very sleek design too.

I'm loving my Ultra Vision so far! Easy set up. It did a very good job of mapping the house. I like that I can adjust the suction levels. Overall, very satisfied with purchase.
