This does work well, not in tight spots thought but works well if there are no chairs or anything in the way.

I am amazed at the cleaning detail and moving of this vacuum.

I had this robot for about 2 weeks now. Bought it when it was on sale. Its performance is average. It does navigate pretty well around my dinner chairs and suction is ok. However, there is location error and the mopping isn't great as it just drags the cloth across the floor.

While I would not have purchased ad full price, it has outperformed prior products from other brands. The mapping tool takes some getting used to having to unload and reload maps for different floors. The mop feature is ok, more as a wet duster. The default setting for low suction doesn’t do much in my opinion so you have to change that setting which will use more battery per clean. Setup was very easy.

I was so excited to find this robot vacuum at the price I paid... it worked for about two weeks without issue, then it decided that it wanted to stop emptying. No alerts, nothing. I figured out it was clogged - i have a German Shepherd - and after pretty much pulling out a new puppy, the machine is now making a weird death rattle. It's fun. I'm going to try to return or exchange it.

So far this item has worked very good, I had bought it for a mothers day gift not knowing that my wife already had four other ones, but only one other with these features and I had paid twice as much for that one, plus it had came one week earlier than expected just in time for her birthday and mothers day.

I could not be happier with the purchase of my bobsweep. My floors have never been cleaner! I just set the schedule on the app and I come home to clean floors! Best purchase ever!

Perfect addition to cleaning the our home. Single floor throught the houdr, with carpet and linoleum floors. I don't think at this time I would use the mopping attachment. I just would have liked Bestbuy to have the bags for the unit in stock.

Does a good job or picking up dog hair and seems to have powerful suction so far.

Good overall. Has a tendency for dirt to get trapped and not sucked into the collector, but regular checking helps avoid this.

Works great on carpet. I have had the opportunity to use on hard wood floors.
