I have it set to go twice a day and it works well. Not often but sometimes gets stuck or eats something it’s not suppose to, but overall happy with it

I really wanted to like this vacuum. I did research, read reviews and saw it had great specs. I have had a Roomba 960 since 2019 which had done a great job of vacuuming the tile and carpet throughout my house and my only real complaint with that one was emptying the dust bin all the time and having to clean the sensors. So, I got this one to hopefully fufill my needs. Well, long story short, it was huge disappointment. It barely picked anything up on my carpet, so if its 8000 pa suctiin I find it hard to believe. My 960 had 4000 pa and sucked up dirt and debris like nothing compared to this one. Also, the "self emptying" feature didn't quite work as stated. Mine kept getting dust and dirt lodged in the back of the vacuum. The base station would power up twice to pull the dirt out and when I checked it, it was still clogged, so I had to remove manually. I can't rate the mop feature because I never even got to use that part, but from what I saw it doesn't look like it would work well on ceramic tile or any kind of textured tile spaced with grout. Looks like it would do good on vinyl or laminate though in my opinion. Overall I am disappointed and I think the all in one robot vacuums, especially this one, is a great idea but the actual production model(s) just isn’t up to par. Maybe mine was just defective, but it seemed like it was all in working condition to me, just didn't address my needs and of course had issues for me. Hope this helps anyone out there looking for an honest review of this vacuum.

The product works well but gets stuck at times on smaller area rugs. I wish the mop would store water and self fill. App works well but is ugly. Overall good product.

I have had this vacuum/mop for about 3 weeks. I love how scheduling cleaning at night makes our job easier. So far it has been good.

I’ve had this robot for a long time! It’s a really good machine it is very reliable and there app is top notch! If your looking for a good robot cleaner this one is for you.

Love mine, wish I would have bought sooner. As a working mom with two dogs it has really decreased my stress as vacuuming is the task I had to do most frequently. If you are debating buying one, I would say go for it!

My first impression annd number 1 is; Geez it is quite compared to past models that I would not run till I was gone!” Also, while watching the machine, it goes back and forth and around things like it is getting every square inch!! My confidence level of my new helper with my cleaning is over the Top!

disappointed in the vacuum's ability to adjust to different carpet/floor heights. could not clean my shag carpet. and got caught in the fringe on some of my rugs. good for floors

Great helper. Saving my time and energy. Map is cool feature and makes easy to sweep selective areas apart from schedules. Mop is okay not that great though.

Bob has exceeded my expectations! It is easy to set up and performance it exceptional. What I like the most is that the customer service on this robot is top notch....you can actually speak to a human being!
