Works Great! Having a little trouble getting the camera working but besides that it’s perfect because it can get under almost anything.

Tried a cheaper (and less expensive) robot vacuum and mop. Could not get it to work. Got a great deal on this. Super powerful and easy to use. Very satisfied with its operation.

It is good. But still need improvements. But overall works great.

I had to return this vacuum because the brushes kept messing up and it was forever offline. I replaced it with a shark brand from Amazon because I could get any assistance in a Best Buy store.

Bought as a Christmas gift for my wife, super handy and efficient.

Great product. Must have of you have laid on the house. Did pickup hair but will get stuck in roller. Put suction on high.

The setup and app are easy to use and customer friendly. Mapping feature and vacuum work amazing, the reason for my 2 star rating is that I’ve had it less than 30 days and I’m already having issues with it. The spinning brush is not working, we’ve followed all of the troubleshooting instructions and it’s still not working. We’ll probably look to exchange it out.

This works so great tracks the house cleans and right back t its dock .we have cats and dose a great job very good value and easy to program

Keep an eye for a good deal. This device works incredibly well. Big help keeping the house presentable when I have little time to vacuum and mop the floors. We have LVP.

Robot vacuums just may not be for me because everyone else talks about how they love theirs. This one is loud, gets lost more often than not, and requires frequent app updates. I find myself getting out the upright vacuum often just to avoid the frustration I know that is waiting for me with this piece of junk. Never attempted the mop function, I’m sure it’s not fun.
