Bob works as advertised. He is cheap labor and i guess ill keep him around.

I bought it for my new home. Working but not my expected.

Actually pretty dissatisfied and disappointed with this not so cheap vacuum. I like the app and mapping feature but the functionality is sub par. I have to follow it with my old vacuum because it misses so much. And pet hair? On a low pile rug? Forget it. Spent a few hundred dollars on this thing, missed my return window and now back in the market for a vacuum that actually works like it should. Bummed.

Great vaccuum but app could be better. Also disappointed that there is no matter firmware update in roadmap. This is surprising considering that is one of their flagship products.

The UltraVision is working great. I have back issues and this robot has made vacuuming so easy. It does a nice job of keeping the floors and carpet clean.

We recently purchased this product and are very pleased with it. It does the job efficiently and saves time. I highly recommend it.

I hate to write a review after my return was processed however shark is where its at. I thoufht this was a better product and a good deal based on its price hower the shhavei have now doesnt have automatic emptying but when running the shark after bob it picked up so much of what was missed.

What a relief to have BOB help out in the rooms. He is swift and reliable. The App makes is so helpful to keep it on track. Would highly recommend !

I gave it a two because of the easy app setup. Otherwise, the vacuum isn't so great. It keeps falling down the one step in my home, and it happens every trip. So have to stop what I'm doing and go save it. Its dirt bin gets filled up, but it will keep going without returning to base to empty, so I end up having to empty it because it's so jammed in the bin it can't empty itself. It does half the map, returns to base, then doesn't run again till scheduled again. Was doing the same with my older iRobot, 8 series, wanted not to have to stop to empty and save from the step, which is why I upgraded. Not much of an upgrade. Going to return it, and going back to an iRobot.

bObsweep was the best purchase I've made for my home in a long time.

Excellent mapping but they did get stuck on simple cables.

Very happy with this purchase...a great product that was easy to set up. Picks up an amazing amont of dirt and debris on what looks like clean floors!

Its a decent product for the price point. The self emptying doesn't necessarily work very well, causing some additional work in cleaning it up once its full. mapping took a while but was able to eventually figure it out.
