Very Unhappy‼️

I wasted my time and money and his phone still has no service. And, he is in a nursing home and can’t get to a phone store. So, I am very unhappy‼️

I don’t care what the package says “easy to …” people have to have computer skills to do this. And, even with the Geek squad assistance it took a whole hour after having to dial their # & being disconnected twice, in the middle of the process!!

Don't bother wasting your money

Ordered this for my sons birthday, and the one that was shipped to us was unable to be used because the card itself was expired. What a waste of money and time.

Pretty disappointing

Waste of my money

I contacted with boost, they can’t even gave me any solution why it wasn’t working. They were guessing it came out defected. I tried to return it at bast buy Rego park. But they were refusing to get it back. The manager at rego park he wasn’t helping at all.

Unable to activate SIM

Customer service was unable to resolve my issue. Be careful when choosing a prepaid service since you can save money but you can have many problems if your knowledge in technology is bad.
