Boost is difficult to work with

After my iPhone went bad and I purchased a replacement, Boost would not allow me to transfer the number for my business to the new iPhone. I then switched to Mint who gave me more data for less money per month with that number. This sim card was useless since I was unable to continue using their service.

Don't Buy Boost Mobile SIMs - Unable to Use it

I was unable to Register & Activate it, due to the Ransomware Attack on DISH Network, Boost's Parent company. Per Reddit, no one who bought these sims after 2.23.23 was about to use it.

If you expect anything more, don’t. When you buy budget cell phone service, you get budget customer service and that is very very apparent here. Kudos for at least being more accessible than some of the less established MVNOs, but for a well established company around 20 years old, that’s a pretty low bar to meet.

They sent me a sim card that was expired. They refused to send me a replacement or refund. Not my fault you sold me a sim card that was expired. Please save yourself some time and purchase sonewhere else. Best buy is horrible. Never shopping from them again.
