I recently lost my phone and decided to upgrade to a iPhone. I just received this phone today and it doesn't have a sim card included. I cannot activate it or use it. Going to have to return it in store this weekend. Waste of time!

When making/receiving call cant hear other person.

You do not get the required Nano sim card with this phone. No Boost store anywhere around me has these in stock. I had to get one directly form Boost, 3-5 days in the mail. Every other phone I have ever bought came with a sim card. Apple is being cheap.

Not much to say about the product: its an iphone. This phone does not come with a SIM Card for Boost. I don't think it is a mistake on Best Buy's fault (though i wish they would state that in the product description), Boost does not seem to sell its sim cards in other stores. You can purchase one at a physical boost store for $25. But, you can also get it for free by doing the following (note: I already had an account with Boost so I am not sure if the process is different for new customers): 1. Call the boost mobile customer support line. 2. After selecting your language, spam the "0" key until the automated system transfers you to a person. 3. Explain that you purchased a new Boost iPhone 5s from Best Buy but that it didn't come with a Sim Card. The customer service agent will 2-day express ship the card to you for free. This is what the Boost Mobile sales rep told me and I can confirm that the process works.

Nice size, Great speed, camera quality is good for it's year. It's missing it's SIM card when you buy it so just go to your local Best Buy or call the support number for SIM Card help.

I purchased this iphone at Best Buy in Roanoke, VA. The last iphone I had for four years and I would have kept it but Apple no longer let me update it. It was a wonderful phone. However, after purchasing the iphone 5s and having it for only two months it started to turn on and off for no reason and crashed. I could no longer use it at all. I had the receipt and box with all accessories so I took it back to Best Buy with the hopes of getting help since that is where I purchased it. I experienced horrible customer service and they refused to help me in any way. I am a college student with limit funds and in need of my phone for assignments so I felt sick that I had purchased this at Best Buy. Any other retailer would have refunded me since I had it for such a short time and they would have dealt with the manufacturer since it was a software issue and no fault of the consumer. That would have been good customer service! DO NOT buy this phone at Best Buy I believe they sold me a used or refurbished phone without my knowledge and then refused to help me with the problem.
