Not technically a smart phone I don't think because it has no voice recognition. Low price, was what I needed at the time to get by. I eventually upgraded.

I like the phone overall but I don't like that the phone doesn't let me do much when I'm sweatin or my hands are a little sweaty and the text messaging system sucks everytime I try to type something it puts in his own thing

This phone has no memory , Keeps asking to delete things , also it will not save my pictures or videos on to my google account , also you connot move things to sd card .

The phone is easy to use, and has a great camera which was one of the reasons I chose this product.

It fell and broke two weeks after I bought it. HTC wants more than the phone cost me to fix it. It has no space in the memory for any apps that I want to put on it.

I love my best buy store. Every time I go there I get great customer service and awesome new toys.

first and for most i hate this phone do not have a flash when taking pictures or uses for video. second it always load slow and resets sometimes on it's own

There is so little memory on this phone, its not even enough for my ten year old to use. Even when I erase a bunch of apps, it keeps saying " there isn't enough memory". Couldn't even download the hulu app. And the few apps that do download don't work right. I'm not getting my messages on several apps, or they freeze all the time. I didn't set out to buy this phone, it was the only thing available when the insured phone I had broke and there wasn't a replacement available in store. I would never by an HTC after suffering with this phone
