This is a bad phone that took a total crash in less than a year . Dealt with their warranty people for a month before they finally fixed it ! A month after I got it back it did the same thing again ! Worst phone I've ever had , period.

I regret buying this phone it sucks can't download nothing

This phone is AWESOME for the price. Fast and quick all you have to do is invest in a bigger sd card. It doesnt have flash, but still worth the price and more

I purchased the phone to cut my cell phone bill by a lot. I chose this phone because of HTC reputation for high quality phones. This is a average phone at best made cheaper then the rest of HTC made phones. There no flash on the camera, Boost Mobile/Sprint has ruined this phone by adding way too much bloatware. Boost music, 1weather, Boost Wallet, Uber, and many others. You only end up with about .75 to 1 GB of internal data remaining after updates. There is very little that can be done to remove any the extra apps besides getting the phone rooted. I don't even get 4G LTE service at all I only get 3G where I live. I really wouldn't recommend this phone to someone who has to use there phone for daily use this phone as a personal phone. Light application usage is required.

Phone has low memory and no flash. If looking for a phone to just text and make calls w/ very few apps this is the phone for you. If you are an avid app user I would not recommend this phone.

this phone sucks,keeps giving me low storage space alerts when i have tons of space internally and on my sd card.because of this i dont recieve emails,voicemail notifications,etc. Plus theres NO flash for the camera.bought this as a temp replacement when i crushed my other phone, i should of just spent more on anything else that would work

For those that like music and gaming... the room on this phone is 4 gb and it comes with a lot of "required" apps which leave you with less than 1 gb of storage!! I bought a 16 gb external storage mounted it and it said I had more storage... 3 apps later I have no more room for even an update. Pictures and music save correctly to sd card, but apps, updates, and anything else will not. Tried everything, deleting unwanted apps, making more room in both phone and sd card, but there is no way around it. Overall, when my brand new 4+16 gb phone says I have 14 gb available yet no room to update anything is frustrating... hopefully I can return this stupid thing. BTW my husband has same problem! We bought the phones with the Black Tie Protection plan and I'd say these are faulty machines from hell.

I think the point that most people are not getting is that this is a mid-range phone. The memory issues can be solved by adding a micro SD card(properly), and the lack of flash is because this phone is not set up for flash. The pictures that I take are super high-definition I just have to make sure that the lighting is suitable. The phone itself is fast, lightweight, sturdy and is great for running apps.

HTC pretty much always makes nice phones. This isnt that much of a downgrade from a HTC droid DNA, but its much less expensive without a carrier contract. Internal memory is minimal, so an external card is needed, but its a nice little phone

I really like HTC, this is my third one. It has some nice functions like the voice commands and the screen is really nice. The MYHTC function is a little annoying. It defaults to a home page like a PC, I didn't want that so it took a little wrangling to remove it. The biggest complaint is the reception, my older HTC got great reception while this one does not. I get connection error messages and data errors constantly. Even standing outside with a clear view of the surrounding area doesn't seem to help. The phone call sound is really good but actually making a call is a pain.

I bought the HTC Desire 510 to replace my previous phone. The HTC kept having trouble finding/connecting to a network. When I took the phone in to Best Buy I discovered that HTC and Sprint have been having a disagreement as to Sprint's quality of 4G LTE coverage. The tech at Best Buy reset my phone to go for 3G quality connection, not 4G LTE. Secondly, the power button at the top of the phone is very sensitive to being touched and thus turning on, as when I put it in the pocket of my pants. Otherwise, so far, so good.

i like the screen size of the phone and the clarity of the phone

I got my HTC desire 510 on New year's day. I love it so much. It's one of the best phones I've had (I've had a lot trust me) and this is my ultimate favorite. The ONLY reason I didn't give it 5 star is because I already dropped it (2 days later) and broke the screen.

Worst Phone ever, Who makes a cell phone without a flash in 2014. The pictures are horrible and the storage is pathetic. I added the memory card and everything stills downloads on the internal memory. The phone freezes up and is hard to answer at times.

Worst phone. It had no flash on back. It was slow and froze all the time. It had no storage space....i dont recommend.

this is a decent phone for the price but once you get home and start installing apps you'll see where the huge problem is with this device. It has absolutely no storage for anything, got 4 or 5 apps downloaded and that's it, boost updates fail cause there's no room, email cant sync because there's no room, it has .4 gigs from 4.0 gigs free, its just plain stupid... apps 2 sd can only move certain apps so that doesn't help at all, your only hope is to flash a custom rom with all the boost bloatware removed...

I had this phone for a day, installed three apps and took two pictures and the storage was full. I reset to see if it was just all my gmail info but it was still full. Called HTC and they told me this phone was made for basics like calling and that's it. He helped me to switch some pictures to the SD card because that is the only thing that was able to switch storage. I had maybe four pictures anyway so it didn't help. I was past my 14 day return so I will have to buy a new phone.

Ran out of space the same day I bought it. Can't run the apps i had on my galaxy s2. Don't buy completetly useless for any thing than making a call.

My phone for some reason even after selecting ENGLISH, only picks up spanish words and I have to add the english words to the dictionary. THEN it is nothing like the picture. There is no way to make your home screen look like the picture. There is NO voice activation. Saying MY GOOGLE does not work. There is no flash for the camera. I am hoping to return it for a better phone.
