Some features aren't as easily accessible.

When on Facebook and clicking on people's likes and comments it comes up blank. Text messages that require downloading take days to load if at all.

Was not NEW

When my son went to activate it he was prompted to pay a reactivation fee. The phone was sold as new and should have been new. Boost Mobile put the blame back on Best Buy. Best Buy did exchange it for us. The customer service representative for Best Buy was above and beyond helpful in this case.
