This phone SUCKs!

And the phone was supposed to be upgradable by installing a memory card. I put a 32GB card in it. Almost nothing stores to the memory card. Once the memory on the hard drive runs out, system functions stop working, Such as email sync. Phone kicks me off of websites seconds after clicking on the link to the site. This is the third phone that I have bought from Best Buy that has had problems. I would not recommend buying no contract phones from Best Buy.

When turned on and registered automated updated to the latest software Marshmallow, The phone sometime glitches and the screen flickers...some apps like SnapChat stop for no reason...see other review.. Overall its a pre-paid phone at a great price....I should have waited for the new version but I don't want to pay the full price.

A great Smartphone For An Older Person/Beginner

My son helped me pick it out, and I am enjoying using it. It's taking me awhile to learn everything so am keeping the instruction booklet close by at all times! It's a good size and am happy with it.
