    This phone is terrible. It freezes up all the time. If you use your phone for facebook you wont with this phone. It wont let you veiw anything that requires you to go into the link. It boots you off and leaves a black screen that often completely freezes up your phone. Also, if you recieve a call it often vibrates letting you know there is a call coming in but you cant see who the call is from, let alone answer it. I called the company many times, but was not any help. I purchased this phone just a month ago, and have had nothing but headaches. Also, the sales person never told me to use this phone my monthly phone plan would increase. So i now pay more for a phone/ service that doesn't work!! An upgrade it is not!!!! My daughter also has this phone but thru a different carrier and has the exact same issues. .ONLY GAVE THIS ONE STAR VECAUSE IT WOULD NOT POST WITHOUT CHOOSING ONE!!!!
