I bought two of these phones one for my brother the other for myself. They worked great for the first few months but after 3 months my brothers started not to respond. We returned it to the manufactures for repair but it came back with the same problem. Nearly two months after his gave out mine gave out as well. They're reasonably priced but poorly manufactured.

Great smarthphone! very similar to the lg g3. would recommend. 10/10

screen not sensitive enough to write notes on, camera not good

I Had bought this phone once i mistakenly put in the washer so i bought from bestbuy since they have their protection. after a while the phone started to flicker it didnt do this on my other phone when i had it so i took it to best buy they gave me another but not knowing that i had paid for two years for warranty i was using right now so i paid in total 220.00 for a phone i had to replace within a month. they said that they had no way of resolving the flickering issue, i got another phone same problem same thing i just decide to keep it but is not worth it it has to many issues .

This phone is an okay phone for the price you will pay. It has a good battery life but needs to be turned off and on randomly to keep apps and functions like the keyboard display working correctly.

Boost mobile wouldn't let me transfer my sprint number. So much for customer service. Tried online. Tried on the phone. NOPE! So i returned the phone. Only get it if you're planning on a a new phone number.

Needed a basic 4G phone because mine broke, with a fast processor and good camera, this was everything I needed.

This phone has an array of rich features that are simple and easy to use. However there is absolutely no memory available. It has 8GB ROM with around 4GB of that already taken by the phone's internal processes. I literally had around 2 apps downloaded when I received the notification that my phone memory was almost at capacity and that processes might slow down as a result. Absolutely unacceptable when you factor in the cost of the phone. I also would often not receive text messages with this phone. I talked to a friend who had the same phone, but a different service provider, and they experienced the same thing.

No Expandable Memory. I bought a 32GB micro SDHC for this phone but it won't let you exchange data it just reads the card. So if you have more than a couple of apps downloaded your 8GB doesn't go far. I recommended this phone to family @ first, but no more! It does have a nice display and the stylus can be handy while wearing gloves but I haven't used it much.

Bought for my son he loves the size he plays his videos and games so easy

Says high speed but no high speed. Then boost will try to shorten your month to only 28 days and unable to contact them except to add money. Best buy says we cant help your you must contact boost. We only sell the phone. Then unable to reach boost. This phone is useless and they owe me 2 days more time on it. I'm not paying them more when they already shorted me

This is the best phone that I have owned yet. I have one and I purchased my father one about two months after buying mine. I love the size and clarity of the display screen. The phone is snappy and is able to handle multiple applications.

phone constantly freezes, also keyboard freezes up and disappears when you are typing. when you're online for some reason you are back at your phones home screen. memory sucks, even with a memory card.

My friend recommended this phone to me, because I needed a new phone.So I decided why not. A few weeks later I started noticing problems with this phone.My first problem was the keyboard was not really working .And I couldn't find a solution to fix it. Next, a few of my app were lagging so it would close the app, so some time the app would work on rare occasion but then would close. Lastly the storage, I brought a 16 GB storage at Walmart so I can have games on this device but no ,I ran out of storage and guess what! I couldn't move apps that weren't game in to my fricking GB card !So I ran out of storage and can't update my apps any more!

Nice phone, very clear images, volume not so great

I bought this phone 2 months ago for $140 from Best Buy now it's $80. This phone has been the slowest piece of junk I have ever had. If you have a emergency and need to dial 911 fast your dead. Phone locks up and will not respond, and the reviews here seem like their for a different phone. I will NEVER buy a LG product and will never trust a Best Buy review.

Hadn't,had phone a year, locking up freezing, always low storage I don't care what you do to clear it. Are boost phones real??

If you are planning on downloading a bunch of apps this phone is not for you. Even though it has expandable memory, the phone fills up really quickly and will not automatically go to the SD card even manually moving apps over and uninstalling unneeded apps...Very disappointed!!!
