Waste of money

Great in store customer service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I hadn't used a smart phone in years, and I had used a clam shell phone for the last 6. The tech at Best Buy took the time to set the phone up with the carrier and to activate the programs I needed. He also explained the operation of the phone so that I could start using it right away. The phone works well, but the camera is not very good. It is 5 megapixels, which should yield sharp pictures up to 8 by 10. However, the pictures so far are fuzzy. The phone and plan are economical, and that is what I am looking for. If I ever get into picture taking in a big way, I'll upgrade to a phone with a better camera. I have visited Verizon's store recently, and the customer service was much poorer. The folks at Best Buy know their phones.

Nice phone, but the screen is a little small

Disappointed

It has so many unwanted app's. It is the worst boost phone I've bought & I've bought a lot. I've been with boost for 9 year's.
