Customers are saying

Customers regard the LG Stylo 2 4G highly, praising its large screen size, surprisingly good camera quality, and ease of use. The affordable price point is also frequently cited as a major advantage, along with the inclusion of a stylus. While some users found the power button placement on the back of the phone to be initially awkward, the overall feedback is overwhelmingly positive.

Great Phone at a great price. I was use to S Samsung Note but the LG Stylo 2 is just as great. Easy to learn and navigate. Contained all apps that my Note had.

Great phone for the price. The stylus is fun feature but never really use it. Big scree. Nice. Battery life just ok. Was sad when i discovered that vr goggles didn't work with this phone. Overall happy though for the price of the phone and the phone plan

This item was purchased as a Christmas gift for a tween as a starter phone and she loves it. Especially the fact that it comes with a stylus. No known issues to date would purchase again.

At the time of purchase this phone was on sale for $49.99, definitely a steal! The size of the phone is quite large, practically in the realm of a phablet. I would list all of the specs and features, but that would just be redundant due to the fact that it is listed on Best Buy's product page. One of the best features of the phone is the built in stylus which is stored on the top right hand corner of the phone, for all of those wondering, the stylus is quite responsive and better than the typical stylus' one can find in a bargain bin of some sort. It's no where near the sophistication of an Apple Pencil or a Samsung S Pen, but for a pack in stylus on a budget device, it works really nicely. Call quality and reception on this device does vary due to Boost (Sprints) network coverage area, but if you know that Sprint's network works well in your area, then this should not be an issue at all. Overall, the phone is a great "bang for your buck" device.

Decided to go with this phone for my husband because it was on sale. He keeps breaking phones, so a cheap one was definitely a must. This phone has lasted him awhile now and nothing is broken (knock on wood!) Great phone for the price.

My Samsung S3 stopped working and I wasn't sure if I should switch to an LG phone but it was a great decision. The battery life is so long. I have it on from 5:00 am to 8:30 pm until I need to charge it. I have bluetooth on all day and use the gps and it lasts.

I always have had Samsung phones but the lat phone I had was one of the worst I ever had, so I bought this LG 2 and I just love everything about it so far, and most of all it was hundreds less.

GOT THIS FOR MY 6TH GRADER AS A PREPAID BOOST MOBILE PHONE. HAD IT FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS NOW AND NO ISSUES. WAS REALLY EASY TO ACTIVATE, DIDNT NEED TO TAKE IT IN, DID IT ALL AT HOME. MUCH BETTER THAN MAKING PAYMENTS ON A PHONE (ESPECIALLY FOR A KID)

In my personal option this phone does everything you need it to do and then some. And there is no reason to spend and extra $100 -200 for the Samsung. This is a BEST BUY for prepaid phone service!

Very good phone. The huge screen is clear and bright. My only complaint is the low quality camera. Both front and back cameras are under 10 megapixels that really sucks when compared to just about any other phone.

This phone is a good price, good size and takes good pictures, the only thing is once you zoom the camera the quality isn't that great, but other then that I've had the phone a few months and have no complaints

A Slight Downgrade From My Prior LG-G3

While my sister's family upgraded their LG-G3's to G5's recently, staying on Verizon, I decided to try Boost Mobile because of the limited amount of data I use on cell. Since I'd seen reviews that Boost data quality varies depending on the metro areas or zones you're in at the time, I was hesitent to try it out, but bit the bullet, knowing I could always return the phone if quality of service was poor. Been using it a month now in central FL, just south of Tampa, where Sprint's newer network is supposedly in place. Sprint's Boost subsidiary uses the Sprint network which Sprint is touting coverage and quality within 1% of Verizon, but who knows if that number is consistent nationwide, especially from one suburbia to another. That said, here's my skinny on the Boost Stylo2... I use the Stylo2 for business calls, texts, paying in certain retailers, (i.e. Wawa & Starbucks Reward programs), occasional browsing lookups, GPS and taking photos needed while away w/out better camera. If I had any heavier use than that, I'd probably have returned the Stylo w/the Boost service quality I've experienced in my particular home area. The voice and connection quality has been consistently good (enough). The data quality was poor at first, dropping connections in certain areas around town, but low and behold has improved significantly over time on the network. I had heard to expect this, but still not sure why it would be a normal thing? The Stylo2 itself is nice and peppy, with good screen res, a slightly bigger (5.7"' vs 5.5" on G3) and it's very thin, making a protective case a necessity just for a firm grip. With a solid thin case, it is ideally sized for my needs, slightly thinner than the G3 in case as well. Android 'mallow 6 seems to function well on this phone and is one improvement over my prior G3's Android version, which started getting buggy towarrds the end of the 2 year cycle time of usage. I don't wonder why that happens ;-) The only frustration I've had is with texts to multiple recipients, and recieving text shares as part of a group. The texts hang up, stuck in sending process while converting to mms. Probably (hopefully) can be fixed, maybe with an update, but it worked fine for two years on prior LG3 through many Android updates, so I'm rating it only 3 stars in comparison to higher end LG phones which are probably more reliable at least. However, considering I paid a fraction of the price of a new G5 for the Stylo2, I'd rate it a solid 4 stars for value and functionality specific to my particular, limited data needs.
