Its to senstive, the price was right for my budget

It is decent phone for the price. not great but ok

I was very disappointed with the amount of internal memory this phone offers. Within a few months of having it it was out of internal memory and there was nothing I could do other than my phone with more internal memory.

Let me put it this way. I took the protective cover permanently because at least once a day I have to pull the battery to re-start the damned thing.

With best buys awful insurance plus this fragile phone it definitely is a WASTE of money. I have a phone for at LEAST a year. I broke this stylo 4 days after buying it. Luckily a swap out 2 days later the screen starts glitching..thought my insurance I just paid for would give me my money back this phone was not worth the money. But no best buy insurance for $45 just leaves the option to file a claim which then costs $50.. Yeah never buying a phone from best buy again. This phone is gorgeous but can't survive a drop off the bed onto carpet.. Waste

This phone powers off by itself everyday randomly and will not power on until I remove the battery and then put it back together. It even shut off during a phone call. It's been doing this since day 1 and I should have returned it immediately, but I was too busy to get to the store before the 15 day policy ran up. This is actually the second Boost Mobile phone that I bought from Best Buy that has been a "lemon". (I bought this as a replacement for the other, a ZTE WARP elite) I'm so disappointed, what's the deal Best Buy?

I upgraded from the LG Stylo to the Stylo 2 mainly for the 2GB Ram & 16GB Internal Storage (expandable up to 32GB w/ SD card) which is huge considering the Stylo had only 1GB Ram & 8GB of memory of which 6GB was already torched from the factory installed apps. The Stylo 2 comes with a little over 6GB used from the factory leaving you close to 10GB of free space which means faster downloads, smoother streaming videos and ease of moving between apps. Netflix runs smoothly and displays very crisp video. Other key improvements, 13.0MP rear-facing camera, Full HD videos & 5MP front facing camera, Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS out of the box and a slimmer design. The stylus is more sensitive and a popup menu bar displays when the stylus is removed with options for what you would like to use the stylus for (memo, capture, write on screen). A warning tone reminds you if you do not return the stylus to its slot after a short time of non use. I've only taken a few photos and a couple of videos but enough to see the quality is very good. So far I'm extremely satisfied and will post an update after a month of use. For now though, this is a must upgrade for the price.

I was really excited to try this phone and it ended up giving me issues with the display. I got it home and it had a stuck pixel. Returned it and exchanged it for another model and it had the same issue but in a different area on the screen. Wasn't acceptable. Just ended up returning it. Too bad cause it seemed like it was going to be a really cool phone!.

This phone speaker that u talk through goes out when ever it feels like it. Ive called the phone service3 times about the same issuee

I really like the large screen, clarity of the screen is good. Speaker phone is ok, not great, but good enough. Great responsive stylus and touch screen. Nice overall feel for the phone. The camera is the drawback, as you can't adjust picture size or much of anything in terms of white balance, type of lighting conditions (like fluorescent versus incandescent, etc.). I had hoped to use the camera function a lot, so may be returning unless I find a work-around. For the price, the phone is very good, so I'd recommend it if the camera is no big deal.

apps crash a lot, had to re-boot twice, once it got stuck at the boost logo... but it does have a nice screen!!!

I gave this phone away as a gift and the complaint was it did not have enough internal/phone storage.

Trying to locate apps that are not on the main page is next to impossible. Ok for the price

I bought two of these phones one on Boost Mobile One on Virgin Mobile for me and my mother both phones freeze constantly the point where you can barely use it half the time when you try to make a phone call it'll freeze and turn off or freeze in the middle of a call and you can't hear anybody and they can't hear you

This was supposed to be better and an improvement of the first LG Stylo, WRONG. The touch screen would not accept my touch whether it was my finger or the stylo unless it was a multiple hard taps and even then it didn't always respond to those. I tried it for about 2 days and then gave up and returned it for a full refund.

Great price for a cheap phone. Cheap quality to make the phone and breaks easily.

Please do not buy phone gets really slow with 3 apps ..

2 stars only cause it freezes and shuts off a lot.
